Wrocław, impromptu getaway

The Wroclaw gnomes (or dwarfs) are a new tradition. The very first gnome was placed in 2001 to commemorate the Polish anti-communist movement Orange Alternative, and the first set of five gnomes that were placed on the streets of the city, were made in 2005. Now they are found everywhere around the city and to discover them is great fun.
