King Hussein/Allenby Bridge, on the border between Israel/Palestine and Jordan. Not much to look at but an important bridge.
Our first night on holiday, in the Kempinsky Hotel at the Dead Sea.
Kat found a posh hotel having a soft opening. It's the Al Manara and so far it's perfect.
We went back into Petra to check out the Royal Tombs and the Great Temple.
We walked 12km today so we are now relaxing on a roof.
It's a tough climb to the Monastery in Petra, but it's really worth it!

The mosaics on Mount Nebo have been a bit of a highlight for me. There are some at Madaba too but they're not quite as impressive.
I've always wondered what's really special about this. "Oh, Jos, it's weird, it's water but you float in it". But that's just like all water. Anyway we went here and can confirm: it's weird.
