We saw Dubai today on a bus tour, which seemed the best way to get everywhere and see it all, and it was.

The Dubai Mall is next to our hotel and has over 1200 shops - shoppers heaven. It also houses the Dubai Aquarium, the Dubai Waterfall and the Dubai Fountain.

Tonight was a really good one - dinner at a nearby trattoria, followed by drinks at the rooftop bar of our hotel, watching the sun go down over the Colosseum.
