After lunch, we walked through the town of Lisse and went on a canal cruise to see a few nearby windmills. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon.

We visited the Mauritshuis primarily to see Vermeer's Girl with a Pearl Earing, but we also enjoyed seeing works by other Dutch masters. We even ran into a group of Dutch elementary school students Czytaj więcej
Later in the afternoon, we rode the tram to Scheveningen. It was a beautiful sunny day, and we enjoyed visiting the pier and walking along the promenade.
We enjoyed a perfect sunny day in Delft. It's a small Dutch city with lots of charm. In addition to being the home of the Dutch master Vermeer, it's also the home of Royal Delft Blue pottery. It was a Czytaj więcej
