TravelerIf you're heading that way, you should go to Grindlewald.....there are a couple of camp sites there. It's a good base to go to the "Top of Europe" - Jungfraujoch, On a train that goes through the mountain ( Eiger) to the glacier at the top, that you can walk out on.......it's fab up there. When I went you can by a mountain pass that lets you travel on the cable cars, trains, buses etc. Might be worth a look!?
JG TRAVELSYou read our minds as we have been to Grindelwald today! We would love to go to Jungfraujoch but certainly don't have the budget this trip to do it. We are going to come back here for a holiday once we have finished budget travelling. There is so much to see and do here and we really just cannot afford it on this trip! Defo a trip for the future as we would love to have a skiing holiday here! Thank you for that, I have found the zed pass you were saying about will, have book marked it for a future trip. We wish we could do it all, need that lottery win 😂😂
TravelerDo you feel like the von trapp family singing , climb every mountain !great scenery x
JG TRAVELSHahaha dad, you make me die. We may be singing like the von trapp family when we are in Austria... 😂😂 Yeah stunning here and so much to do, just not enough funds to do it all! 😬
