15 miles today from Armenteira to Villanova de Arousa, a lovely beach town and marina. We’ll catch a boat from here in the morning to take us over to Porto and walk a few miles to our last lodgingRead more

Traveler I’m curious why the boats weren’t running from Villanova de Arousa to Pontecesures that day. Does their schedule vary? I’d like to reserve a seat, but have no idea what day I’ll be arriving into VdA.
Traveler Hi, schedule does vary depending on tide. I didn't explain correctly, sorry. No boat available to me as places already booked. Normally OK booking a couple of days early, if it's not high season then day before. As you walk in to Villanova de Arousa, the booking office is directly opposite as you come over the bridge. Good luck
Traveler Thanks for the info!
