    Kokosblütenzucker

    Wir haben einen superminikleinen Kokosblütenzuckeworkshop gemacht und einiges gelernt. Der Farmer muss sich entscheiden, ob seine Palme Kokosnüsse tragen soll oder Kokosblütensirup geben soll. Kokosblütensirup frisch aus der Pflanze gezapft, schmeck sooo gut😍😍😍😍 und ist pure Natur!!! Die Blüten werden zusammengepresst, festgebunden und angeschnitte. Dann lässt die Pflanze den Kokosblütensirup fließen, unglaublich🤓 Die zusammengebunden Blüte muss immer wieder angeschnitten werden, damit der Sirup weiterhin fließt. Der Sirup wird dann 2 Stunden gekocht und kramellisiert. Als nächstes wird das Karamell mit einem riesen Schneebesen geschmeidig gerührt und abgekühlt. Und schließlich werden mit dem Löffel kleine Taler gegossen. Als ich fragte, wieviele Liter in dieser riesen Wanne sind, sagte man mir: „ Unterschiedlich, bis die Wanne voll ist“ 🧐🤨🤔 Nun gut, jedenfalls kostet eine Tüte Kokosblütenzucker ca. 1kg, 1,30 €. EIN EURO DREIßIG! In Deutschland kosten 500g Kokosblütenzucker 6€😨😫🤯 Hallelujah!

    Zrobiliśmy super malutkie warsztaty z cukru z kwiatów kokosa i wiele się nauczyliśmy. Rolnik musi zdecydować, czy jego palma powinna nosić kokosy lub dać syrop kwiatów kokosa. Syrop z kwiatów kokosa świeżo wyciśnięty z rośliny, smakuje bardzo dobrze😍😍😍😍 i jest czystą naturą !!! Kwiaty są ściśnięte, wiązane i cięte. Następnie roślina wypuszcza syrop z kwiatów kokosa, niewiarygodne.🤓 Wiązany kwiat musi być zawsze ponownie przycięty, aby syrop nadal płynął. Następnie syrop gotuje się przez 2 godziny. Następnie karmel mieszamy dużą trzepaczką do uzyskania gładkości. I na koniec łyżką wylewa się małe talary. Gdy zapytałam ile litrów jest w tej ogromnej wannie, powiedziano mi: „Różne, dopóki wanna się nie zapełni” 🧐🤨🤔 No cóż, torebka cukru z kwiatu kokosa około 1kg kosztuje 1,30 €.

    Schon vor langer Zeit habe ich von einem Markt gehört, der direkt an den Bahngleisen liegt. Klar, ich möchte immer alles sehen, was nicht möglich ist, ABER dieser Markt ist zufällig in Thailand, in der Nähe von Bangkok👍 Auf geht’s!
    Es ist ganz simpel: diesen Markt gibt es hier schon seit langer Zeit und irgendwann hat man eben eine Zugstrecke mittendurch gebaut. Irgendwie hat man sich darauf geeinigt, dass dieser Markt dort weiterhin bleiben darf, NUR müssen die Händler beim Ertönen des Signals, jedes mal alles zur Seite schieben oder rollen, damit der Zug an den eingeklappten Ständen vorbeifahren kann. Dit MUSS ich doch sehen!😆

    Dawno temu słyszałam o targu tuż przy torach kolejowych. Jasne, zawsze chcę zobaczyć wszystko, co nie jest możliwe, ALE ten rynek jest w Tajlandii, niedaleko Bangkoku👍Let's go!
    To bardzo proste: ten rynek istnieje tutaj od dawna i w pewnym momencie zbudowano przez niego trasę kolejową. Jakoś uzgodniono, że ten rynek może tam pozostać, TYLKO gdy zabrzmi sygnał, handlowcy muszą wszystko odepchnąć lub przetoczyć, aby pociąg mógł minąć złożone stanowiska. MUSZĘ to zobaczyć!😆

    Die nächste Stadt nach Bangkok, aber am Anfang wussten wir nicht, dass wir hier zwei Wochen bleiben werden, weil wir eine Pause brauchten. Man nennt Chiang Mai, die Rose des Nordens. Es ist hier so viel besser als in Bangkok! Süße Altstadt, hunderte von Massage-Salons, aber im Grunde wird auch hier Reis mit Hähnchen gegessen 😆 Hunderte von schönen Dinge hätte ich gerne gekauft und mitgenommen, aber wir hatten uns gesagt, dass wir damit erst gar nicht anfangen, wie soll das auch gehen🙈

    Kolejne miasto po Bangkoku, ale na początku nie wiedzieliśmy, że zostaniemy tu na dwa tygodnie, bo potrzebowaliśmy przerwy. Jeden nazywa Chiang Mai, różą północy. Tu jest o wiele lepiej niż w Bangkoku! Słodkie stare miasto, setki gabinetów masażu, ale w zasadzie jada się tu też ryż z kurczakiem 😆 Chciałabym kupić i zabrać ze sobą setki pięknych rzeczy, ale powiedzieliśmy sobie, że nawet od tego nie zaczniemy , jak to ma działać🙈

    Massagi Massagi...eine lange Story. Wir waren etwas skeptisch, was die Thai-Massagen angeht, da wir oft gehört haben, dass sie ziemlich rabiat sind. Wir sind zwar beide der Meinung: "mehr is mehr", aber was ist mehr bei den Thais? Wir haben es ausprobiert.
    Wir hatten eine auf Phuket, auf Koh Phangan und schließlich mehrmals in Chiang Mai und alle waren total unterschiedlich von "so lala" bis "mega".
    Lila Thai Massage ist ein ganz besonderes Etablissement. Ein Programm das Ex-Gefängnisinsassinen hilft zu rehabilitieren, die Kunst der Thai-Massage zu erlernen, einen Job zu erhalten und somit wieder eine Chance zurück ins Leben zu bekommen. Dieses Programm wird vom Gesundheitsamt unterstützt. Dort hatten wir eine unserer besten Massagen🥰 ein großartiges Erlebnis🍀 und nein, ohne Happy End!!

    Elefanten in Thailand, ein ganz schwieriges Thema!!!
    Elefantenreiten war in Thailand eine lange Zeit ganz normal und ist bis heute nicht verboten. Ich muss zugeben, sicher ist es eine wahnsinnig krasse Erfahrung auf einem Elefanten zu reiten, doch wir haben das NICHT gemacht. In Thailand leben viele Elefanten unter sehr schlechten Bedingungen. Sie sind angekettet, haben wenig Platz, werden schlecht behandelt und geschlagen. Es ist nicht zu leugnen, die Elefanten und die Elefantenarbeit haben in Thailand eine lange, jahrhundertealte Tradition
    Auch im letzen Jahrhundert wurden die Elefanten gefangen und für die Abholzung der Wälder abgerichtet. Ende der 80-er wurde die Abholzung verboten und plötzlich standen die Mahuts mit ihren Elefanten da und bettelten um Geld und so kam es, dass die Elefanten für Touristen trainiert wurden zum Reiten oder um andere Tricks vorzuführen, die mit Gewalt eingeübt wurden.

    DOCH es passiert, wenn auch langsam, ein kleiner Wandel….Es entstehen auch Natur Parks, wo die Elefanten ein gutes Leben fortführen können, dort kann man die Tiere besuchen, sie füttern und ihnen ganz nahe kommen. Dort sind sie nicht angekettet, haben Platz und werden nicht gequält. Zumindest wird es so propagiert und es macht auch den Anschein, dass es so ist. LANGE haben wir nach so einem Park gesucht, damit es auch ethisch und moralisch vertretbar ist. Und vor lauter Moral, habe ich gar nicht erzählt, was für wundervolle Tiere Elefanten sind, die sind so klug und sprechen mit ihren Augen. Das ist so ein unglaubliches Gefühl, wenn man dem riesigen Elefanten gegenübersteht, ihn berührt und er dir ganz tief in die Augen schaut, da bleibt für eine Millisekunde die Welt stehen und man ist für einen mini Augenblick in der Seele berührt😢der absolute Wahnsinn. Hinter jedem Elefanten in der Gefangenschaft steht eine traurige Geschichte und ich hoffe sehr, dass es ihnen wirklich gut geht, wenn die Menschen das behaupten💕🐘

    Słonie w Tajlandii to bardzo trudny temat!
    Jazda na słoniach była dość normalna w Tajlandii przez długi czas i nadal nie jest zabroniona. Muszę przyznać, że jazda
    na słoniu to niesamowite przeżycie, ale NIE zrobiliśmy tego. Wiele słoni w Tajlandii żyje w bardzo złych warunkach. Są
    skuci łańcuchami, mają mało miejsca, są maltretowani i bici. Nie można zaprzeczyć, że słonie i ich praca mają w Tajlandii wielowiekową tradycję
    Również w ostatnim stuleciu łapano słonie i trenowano je do wyrębu lasów. Pod koniec lat 80-tych zakazano wylesiania i nagle kornacy stanęli tam ze swoimi słoniami i błagali o pieniądze i tak doszło do tego, że słonie były szkolone dla turystów do jazdy konnej lub wykonywania innych sztuczek, które były praktykowane z przemocą.

    ALE zdarza się, aczkolwiek powoli, trochę się zmienia…. Są też parki przyrody, w których słonie mogą kontynuować dobre życie, tam można odwiedzić zwierzęta, nakarmić je i bardzo się do nich zbliżyć. Tam nie są przykuci, mają przestrzeń i nie są torturowani. Tak przynajmniej jest propagowane i sprawia, że ​​wydaje się, że tak jest. Od dawna szukaliśmy takiego parku, aby było to etycznie i moralnie uzasadnione. I z czystej moralności nie powiedziałem wam, jakimi wspaniałymi zwierzętami są słonie, są takie mądre i przemawiają swoim oczami.     Ob man will oder nicht, man begegnet diesen Tieren und obwohl die alle harmlos sind, erschreckt man sich immer wieder, wenn ein Gecko um die Ecke flitzt oder ein Affe auf deinen Rucksack springt, oder ein Frosch auf deinen Schuh hüpft. Dave, der Hund hat übrigens keine Nase und schnarcht wie verrückt😆

    So ihr lieben, lang ist es her, seit wir berichtet haben. Es war turbulent, ermüdend, spannend und das alles gleichzeitig😱 Tja so eine Reise ist ja kein Schickimicki-Urlaub, aber auch kein Rennen. ABER begreifen muss man das erst unterwegs.
    Zum Glück haben Freunde und andere Reisende ähnliche Momente. Is beruhigend😅
    DOCH nun sind wir einige wenige Tage an einem Ort und siehe da, ein wunderschönes Hotel🥰
    Es gibt kostenloses Trinkwasser zum Nachfüllen, Kaffee, Tee, Kekse🤩 UND einen pinken Pool. Und ganz mega💕kontaktlose Tasten im Fahrstuhl💕 Einfach mal nix machen, aber wir bereiten noch ein paar Footprints vor, von den Ereignissen der letzten Wochen , damit ihr schön an uns denkt😆

    Tak kochani, minęło dużo czasu, odkąd zgłosiliśmy śię. To było burzliwe, męczące, napięte i to wszystko jednocześnie😱 Cóż, taki wyjazd to nie wymyślne wakacje, ale też nie jest to wyścig. ALE musisz to zrozumieć po drodze.
    Na szczęście przyjaciele i towarzysze podróży przeżywają podobne chwile. jest uspokajający😅
    ALE teraz jesteśmy w jednym miejscu przez kilka dni i oto wspaniały hotel.
    Jest bezpłatna woda pitna do uzupełnienia, kawa, herbata, ciasteczka?🤩ORAZ różowy basen.
    I naprawdę mega💕bezdotykowe przyciski w windzie💕 Po prostu nic nie róbiç, ale wciąż przygotowujemy kilka śladów z wydarzeń z ostatnich tygodni, żebycie o nas myśleli😆

    Eigentlich wollten wir schlafen, aber wenn man in Chiang Mai ist, kann man das nicht machen. Also haben wir uns um 23:30h aufgerafft und sind zum Ost-Tor gedackelt. Auf Grund von Corona haben wir keinen Alkohol mehr um diese Uhrzeit kaufen können, also haben wir uns mit Schweppes und einer Neujahrswurst bewaffnet, schauten dem Feuerwerk zu und ließen eine Laterne steigen. Besser als viele andere Silvesterabende, die wir hatten🥳 auch wenn es mit Freunden sicher noch lustiger wäre🥳 Wir wünschen allen Gesundheit und Frieden💕

    Właściwie chcieliśmy spać, ale kiedy jesteś w Chiang Mai, nie możesz tego zrobić. Więc wybraliśmy się o 23:30 i udaliśmy się do wschodniej bramy. Ze względu na Covid nie mogliśmy o tym czasie kupić alkoholu, więc uzbroiliśmy się w Lemoniadą i noworoczną kiełbasę, oglądaliśmy fajerwerki i wzniecaliśmy latarnię. Lepiej niż wiele innych sylwestrów jakie mieliśmy🥳chociaż na pewno fajniej byłoby z przyjaciółmi🥳Wszystkim życzymy zdrowia i spokoju💕

    Wo kann man besser essen, als bei einem Kochkurs und das am letzten Tag im Jahr. Wir haben versucht wenigsten einige von unseren Lieblingsgerichten in Thailand zu kochen und es war echt lecker. Jetzt hoffen wir, dass wir die Zutaten in Deutschland nachkaufen können. Es gibt in Thailand 4 Sorten Ingwer und 3 Sorten Zucchini, von mini bis groß UND jede Menge Chilli! Es wird einfach IMMER scharf gekocht. Auch wenn man sagt NOT SPICY!!! Ich glaube, hier in Thailand bekommen die Babys Chilli mit der Muttermilch…ja ich denke so ist das hier😂 Im Kochkurs konnten wir die Schärfe zum Glück selbst bestimmen.

    Gdzie można zjeść lepiej niż na lekcjach gotowania i to ostatniego dnia roku. Próbowaliśmy ugotować przynajmniej niektóre z naszych ulubionych dań w Tajlandii i było naprawdę smaczne. Teraz mamy nadzieję, że uda nam się kupić składniki w Niemczech. W Tajlandii są 4 rodzaje imbiru i 3 rodzaje cukinii, od mini do dużych ORAZ dużo chili! ZAWSZE jest gotowana na ostro.     Wie Sie sehen, sehen Sie NIX 🤣 Doi Inthanon gehört noch zum Himalayagebirge und ist der höchste Berg und somit der höchste Punkt von ganz Thailand. Da müssen wir hin!     Die beiden königlichen Pagoden stehen nicht weit vom Gipfel des Doi Inthanon entfernt. Sie wurden zu Ehren von König Bhumibol und seiner Königin Sirikit in den Jahren 1987 und 1992 gebaut. In diesen Jahren feierten die beiden jeweils ihren 60. Geburtstag. Die helle Pagode ist dabei der Königin gewidmet und somit etwas jünger.

    Ein Besuch in einem Karen Village, wo Arabica-Kaffeebohnen angebaut werden und noch von Hand gewebt wird. Es ist sehr….ursprünglich, minimiert auf das Wesentliche. Für mich ist die Lebensweise mancher Menschen so beeindruckend, so dass ich aufpassen muss sie nicht anzustarren. Und ich freue mich sehr, wenn wir ein Foto machen dürfen. Jeder bekam eine Tasse selbstgemahlenen Kaffee, schwarz natürlich…mit viel Zucker😂

    Wizyta w wiosce Karen, gdzie ziarna kawy Arabica są uprawiane i nadal ręcznie tkane. Jest bardzo… oryginalna, sprowadzona do minimum. Dla mnie sposób życia niektórych ludzi jest tak imponujący, że muszę uważać, aby na nich nie gapiç. I bardzo się cieszę, kiedy możemy zrobić zdjęcie. Każdy dostał filiżankę własnoręcznie mielonej kawy, oczywiście czarnej… z dużą ilością cukru😂

    Wir sind extra 3 Stunden mit dem Bus von Chiang Mai nach Chiang Rai gefahren nur um diesen weißen und den blauen Tempel zu sehn und sind dann wieder 3 Stunden zurückgefahren. Eigentlich hatten wir beide keinen Bock mehr durch die Gegend zu gurken, aber wir wussten auch, dass wir diesen Tempel sehen müssen. Das Programm sah folgendermaßen aus: Drei Stunden Bus nach Chiang Rai >Moni schläft✅ Thai-Suppe am Bahnhof✅ Taxi zum Weißen Tempel✅ Besuch auf der goldenen Toilette✅ Taxi zum Blauen Tempel✅ blaues Kokoseis✅ Taxi zum Bahnhof✅ Drei Stunden Bus nach Chiang Mai ✅ Taxi zum Krankenhaus, PCR-Test abholen✅ dasselbe Taxi zum Hotel✅ müde ins Bett fallen✅
    Und am nächsten Tag begann die 23-Stündige Reise nach Phnom Penh, Kambodscha✅

    Hinfahrt:
    Ein Nachtzug nach Chiang Mai, das klingt doch gut. Man spart sich eine Nacht in einer Unterkunft, kommt von A nach B und man kann schlafen, das muss man doch mal gemacht haben. Und auf dem Hinweg, war es auch echt gut. Schöne rote, breite Sitze, nette Toilette, angenehme Waschbecken, Seife und SOGAR Papiertücher. Der Bahnmitarbeiter bezieht alle Betten und dann wird geschlafen. Ok, die Betten waren etwas hart und wir hatten nichts zu Essen mitgenommen. Aber wir haben trotzdem ganz gut geschlafen und zack waren wir in Chiang Mai. Natürlich ist es nicht wie zu Hause, aber ok. DA wussten wir noch nicht, dass die Rückfahrt, nicht so angenehm wird.
    Rückfahrt:
    Mit Freude kamen wir am Bahnhof an. Diesmal haben wir uns Sandwiches mitgenommen, wir waren pünktlich, alles schien prima zu sein. Doch der Zug war ein anderer. Mega alt…die Sitzen sind zwar weicher, aber kaputt, ich will eigentlich gar nix anfassen, aber bei 12 Stunden sollte ich mich doch hinsetzten. Toilette….😖😵‍💫, Waschbecken…😖😵‍💫, Seife NIX und wir liegen neben dem Klo🙄 Aber es kam eine Frau mit Essen vorbei, gut…aber ICH hatte keinen Appetit. Der Mitarbeiter bezieht alle Betten und diesmal haben wir, sagen wir mal…nicht so gut geschlafen. Alles tat weh, ich bin fast vom Bett gefallen, so sehr hat es gewackelt und es fühlte sich nach einer sehr langen Nacht an. Wir hätten daran festhalten sollen, EINMAL, sollte man es gemacht haben, nicht zweimal. Dies Mal war nicht schön und Fahrt ging noch weiter zum Flughafen…

    Nocny pociąg do Chiang Mai, to brzmi nieźle. Oszczędzasz noc w zakwaterowaniu, dojeżdżasz z punktu A do punktu B i możesz spać, musisz to zrobić przynajmniej raz. I naprawdę było dobrze. Ładne czerwone szerokie siedzenia, ładna toaleta, ładne umywalki, mydło i NAWET papierowe ręczniki. Pracownik kolei ściela wszystkie łóżka, a potem śpimy. Ok, łóżka były trochę twarde i nie zabraliśmy ze sobą nic do jedzenia, ale spaliśmy jeszcze całkiem dobrze i bang byliśmy w Chiang Mai. W tym momencie nie wiedzieliśmy, że podróż powrotna nie będzie tak przyjemna.
    Powrót:
    Z radością dotarliśmy na dworzec. Tym razem złapaliśmy kanapki, byliśmy na czas, wszysko wydawało się w porządku.
    Ale pociąg był inny. Mega stary... siedzenia są bardziej miękkie, ale popsute, nie chcę niczego dotykać, ale jeśli jadę 12 godzin, muszę usiąść. Toaleta...😖😵‍💫, umywalka...😖😵‍💫, mydło NIC i leżymy obok toalety🙄 Ale przyszła kobieta z jedzeniem, no cóż, nie miałam apetytu. Pracownik ściela wszystkie łóżka i tym razem nie spaliśmy tak dobrze. Wszystko bolało, prawie spadłam z łóżka i mam wrażenie, że noc jest bardzo długa. Powinniśmy się tego trzymać, RAZ, gdyby to było zrobione. NIE dwa razy. Tym razem nie było przyjemnie i podróż trwa dalej na lotnisko.

    Thailand, du lächelndes Land…ich war ja am Anfang eher skeptisch, dann teilweise sprachlos und auch mal genervt🤪 So viel haben wir über dich, im Vorfeld, gehört und gelesen und nicht immer haben wir das vorgefunden, wovon man uns erzählt hat. Vielleicht habe ich zu viel von dir erwartet. Doch vielleicht war ich am Anfang nur noch nicht bereit dazu, anzuhalten, durchzuatmen und zu genießen. Mit der Zeit haben wir viel gesehen und viel gelernt, viele Feh….äh…Erfahrungen gemacht und nun jaa, lieben wir es! Danke Thailand! Danke für die Massagen, für das Essen, für die Tempel und die Segnung und für all die Menschen von deren Dankbarkeit wir uns alle eine dicke Scheiben abschneiden können. Es hätte alles anders laufen sollen, wir hätten längst schon wo anders sein sollen, doch wir sind unendlichen dankbar für zwei Monate in diesem Land und kommen vom ganzen Herzen gerne wieder.

    Tajlandia, ty uśmiechnięty kraju… Byłam na początku raczej sceptycznya, czasem oniemiał, a czasem niestety dość zirytowana 🤪 Tyle o Tobie słyszeliśmy i czytaliśmy z wyprzedzeniem i nie zawsze trafialiśmy na to, o czym nam mówiono. Może zbyt wiele od ciebie oczekiwałam, może po prostu nie byłam na początku gotowa aby przestać, oddychać i cieszyć się. Ale dużo widzieliśmy i dużo się nauczyliśmy, popełniliśmy wiele błęd….uh… doświadczyliśmy i cóż, kochamy to! Dziękuję Tajlandii! Dziękuję za masaże, za jedzenie, za świątynie i błogosławieństwa oraz za wszystkich ludzi, od których wdzięczności wszyscy możemy się wiele nauczyć. Wszystko powinno potoczyć się inaczej, dawno powinniśmy być gdzieś indziej, ale jesteśmy nieskończenie wdzięczni za dwa miesiące w tym kraju i bardzo chcielibyśmy wrócić.

    Kambodscha, ab ins Nachbarland…. Es ist uns nun möglich einen kleinen Schritt weiter zu reisen. Hmm…wie wird es sein?
    Wir hatten in der Hauptstadt Phnom Penh erstmal nur für zwei Nächte gebucht und das war auch gut so. Immer wieder merken wir, dass wir uns in einer großen Stadt nicht wohlfühlen und Phnom Penh war noch mal einen Zacken anders. Die Stadt ist voll von Müll, Dreck und Armut, das sage ich nicht, weil ich es verachte, sondern, weil man es sich nicht vorstellen kann, wenn man es nicht gesehen hat. Natürlich, weiß man, dass es arme Länder und arme Kinder auf dieser Welt gibt. Und auch in Südafrika und Thailand haben wir viel Armut gesehen, doch hier sehen wir der Armut direkt in die Augen. Und man kommt sich scheinheilig vor, wenn man in sein nettes Hotel mit netter Dachterrasse zurückkehrt, aber ich weiß auch nicht, wie ich es anders beschreiben und erzählen soll. Es ist verrückt und traurig, aber leider wahr.
    Nebenbei gesagt: Kambodscha ist ziemlich teuer für Asien. Gezahlt wird in Doller UND Riel, also muss man immer zwei mal umrechnen.

    Kambodża, do sąsiedniego kraju…. Teraz możemy zrobić mały krok dalej. Hmm... jak to będzie?
    Zarezerwowaliśmy tylko dwie noce w stolicy Phnom Penh i to była dobra rzecz. Raz po raz zauważamy, że nie czujemy się dobrze w dużym mieście, a Phnom Penh było trochę inne. Miasto jest pełne śmieci, brudu i biedy, nie mówię tego dlatego, że nim gardzę, ale dlatego, że nie możesz sobie tego wyobrazić, jeśli go nie widziałeś. Oczywiście wiemy, że na tym świecie są biedne kraje i biedne dzieci. A także w RPA i Tajlandii widzieliśmy dużo ubóstwa, ale tutaj patrzymy ubóstwu prosto w oczy. I czujesz hipokryzję, kiedy wracasz do swojego ładnego hotelu z ładnym tarasem na dachu, ale nie wiem, jak inaczej to opisać i opowiedzieć. To szalone i smutne, ale niestety prawdziwe.
    Przy okazji: Kambodża jest dość droga jak na Azję. Płatność dokonywana jest w dolarach ORAZ riel, więc zawsze musisz przeliczać dwa razy.

    Sarun, einer der kambodschanischen Mitarbeiter unserer Unterkunft erzählte uns, dass er oft mit seinen Kumpels Fußball spielt. Als er erwähnte, dass am nächsten Tag wieder ein Spiel sei, haben wir ihn gefragt, ob wir da mal zugucken können. Entweder hat er die Frage nicht richtig verstanden oder er hat sie mal eben gekonnt ignoriert…
    Auf jeden Fall fragte er mich, ob ich mitspielen möchte… ich wusste erstmal gar nicht, was ich sagen soll…ICH mit meinen Knien…und Fußballschuhe hab ich auch nicht dabei…und seit JAHREN keinen Ball mehr an den Füßen.…aber Bock hatte ich natürlich schon.
    Und so kam es, dass ich am nächsten Tag mit meinen Laufschuhen auf dem Spielfeld stand und mit lauter Kambodschanern, die kein Wort, von dem was ich sagte, verstanden, Fußball gespielt habe.
    Ich hab ganz schön gepumpt…ABER Ich hab sogar ein Tor geschossen.

    Sarun, jeden z pracowników naszego zakwaterowania w Kambodży, powiedział nam, że często gra w piłkę ze swoimi kumplami. Kiedy wspomniał, że następnego dnia jest następny mecz, zapytaliśmy go, czy możemy obejrzeć mecz. Albo nie zrozumiał poprawnie pytania, albo umiejętnie je zignorował.
    W każdym razie zapytał mnie, czy chciałbym też zagrać. Na początku nawet nie wiedziałem, co powiedzieć. JA z moimi kolanami… i nie mam też ze sobą butów do piłki nożnej… i nie miałem piłki na nogach od LAT... ale oczywiście miałem ochotę. I tak się złożyło, że następnego dnia stałem na boisku w butach do biegania i grałem w piłkę nożną z bandą Kambodżan, którzy nie rozumieli ani słowa z tego, co mówię.
    Trochę pompowałem... ALE nawet strzeliłem gola.

    In any case, he asked me if I would like to play... I didn't even know what to say at first...ME with my knees...and I don't have soccer shoes with me either...and haven't had a ball on my feet for YEARS...but I was up for it of course.
    And so it happened that the next day I was standing on the field with my running shoes and playing soccer with a bunch of Cambodians who didn't understand a word of what I was saying.

    Nach den 2 Rundreisen in Südafrika und Thailand, wollte ich in Kambodscha nur das Ankor Wat sehen und Ausruhen, sonst NICHTS. Trotzdem entschieden wir uns für eine Tour mit Sonnenaufgang🤦Natürlich habe ich in der Nacht davor kein bißchen geschlafen. All die Eindrücke und Fragen in meinem Kopf hielten mich wach. Der Wecker klingelte um 4 Uhr morgens und ich stellte mir, totmüde, plötzlich die Frage: „ Was ist wenn uns der Tuk tuk- Fahrer in der Dunkeltheit verschleppt und beklaut?“ 😱 Nichts davon passierte und doch standen wir „mitten in der Nacht“ irgendwo in Kambodscha, im Dunkeln🤪
    Nun, das Ankor Wat…die größte und berühmteste Tempelruine der Welt. Sie ist jetzt 909 Jahre alt und zählt zum UNESCO Weltkulturerbe. Natürlich nutzte man zum Bau, damals, die Hilfe von Elefanten und baute sie…wer weiß es?….von oben nach unten 😯 Mann schüttete riesige Erdberge auf und ließ die Elefanten die überdimensionalen Felsen hinaufziehen. Dann untergrub man die riesigen Felsen, stützte sie mit riesigen Säulen ab und trug die Erde weg. Klingt super einfach oder? Ich finde es total verrückt. Der Bau dieser riesigen Tempelanlage dauerte 37 Jahre. Aus der Anlage wurde die Residenz des Königs und eine ganze Tempelstadt, mit vielen vielen Tempeln. Ach so und während der Bürgerkriege wurden den Buddha-Statuen die Köpfe abgeschlagen, gestohlen und verkauft. Wie es halt so ist im Krieg. Die Löwen-Statuen stehen für die weibliche Stärke und Energie, die Drachenköpfe, Naga, stehen für die männliche Kraft und schauen nach Innen und Außen, damit sie alles im Blick haben und alle beschützen können. Oh Buddha, es gibt noch so viel was ich dazu erzählen könne…da gab es noch viele Apsaras, das sind königliche Tänzerinnen…und die Mitte des Tempels ist die Mitte des Universums und zwei mal im Jahr steht die Sonne genau über dem höchstem Turm…ABER…genug Kultur für heute! UND aufgepasst 👆 Deutschland und Frankreich unterstützten die Restaurierung des Ankor Wat, cool oder? 😉 Ich bin so stolz auf uns🥰

    Po podróży do RPA i Tajlandii chciałam w Kambodży tylko zobaczyć Ankor Wat i odpocząć, nic więcej. Zdecydowaliśmy się jednak na wycieczkę o wschodzie słońca. Oczywiście nie spałam całej nocy przed wycieczką. Wszystkie wrażenia i pytania w mojej głowie nie pozwalały mi zasnąć. Budzik zadzwonił o 4 rano i śmiertelnie zmęczona zadałam sobie nagle pytanie: „A co, jeśli kierowca tuk-tuka porwie nas po ciemku i okradnie?” 😱 Nic się nie stało, a jednak byliśmy „w środku nocy” gdzieś w Kambodży, w ciemności🤪
    Cóż, Ankor Wat... największa i najsłynniejsza ruina świątyni na świecie. Ma teraz 909 lat i jest wpisana na Listę Światowego Dziedzictwa UNESCO. Oczywiście wtedy do budowy wykorzystywano słonie i zbudowali tę świątynię…kto wie?... od góry do dołu 😯 Ludzie zbudowali ogromne kopce ziemi i słonie wyciągnęły ogromne skały na górę. Następnie podkopali ogromne skały, podparli je ogromnymi filarami i unieśli ziemię. Brzmi bardzo łatwo, prawda? Myślę, że to totalnie szalone. Budowa tego ogromnego kompleksu świątynnego trwała 37 lat. Kompleks stał się rezydencją króla i całym miastem świątynnym z wieloma, wieloma świątyniami. Aha, a podczas wojen domowych głowy posągów Buddy zostały odcięte, skradzione i sprzedane. Jak to jest na wojnie. Posągi lwów symbolizują kobiecą siłę i energię, smocze głowy, nagi, symbolizują męską moc i patrzą do wewnątrz i na zewnątrz, aby widzieć wszystko i chronić wszystkich.     After the 2 round trips in South Africa and Thailand, I only wanted to see Ankor Wat and rest in Cambodia, NOTHING else. Nevertheless, we decided to do a sunrise tour🤦Of course I didn't sleep a bit the night before. All the impressions and questions in my head kept me awake. The alarm clock rang at 4 a.m. and, dead tired, I suddenly asked myself the question: "What if the tuktuk driver kidnapped us in the dark and robbed us?" 😱 Nothing happened and yet we stood there "in the middle of the night" somewhere in Cambodia, in the dark🤪
    Well, the Ankor Wat...the largest and most famous ruined temple in the world. It is now 909 years old and is an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Of course, back then, the help of elephants was used for the construction and it was built... who knows?... from top to bottom 😯 Man piled up huge mounds of earth and let the elephants pull up the oversized rocks. Then they undermined the huge rocks and supported them with huge pillars and carried away the earth. Sounds super easy right? I think it's totally crazy. The construction of this huge temple complex took 37 years. The complex became the king's residence and a whole temple city with many, many temples. Oh, and during the civil wars the heads of the Buddha statues were cut off, stolen and sold. How it is in war.     Die Hero Rats…das sind Ratten aus Tansania, die in der Lage sind Landminen aufzuspüren, damit diese ausgegraben werden können, damit sie keine Menschen töten. Klingt das weit weg? Das ist in Kambodscha leider noch Alltag. Viele Menschen leben auf dem Land und werden auf ihren Feldern von Landminen getötet. ABER hier geht es nicht darum auf die Tränendrüse zu drücken, sondern zu zeigen, dass es an manchen Stellen in diesem Land nach Vorne geht und die Missstände mit viel Arbeit, Geld und Geduld behoben werden. Ich könnte euch jetzt von den Massenmorden in den 70-er Jahren erzählen, dass über 2 Millionen Menschen von den Roter Khmer getötet wurden. Und von der Besatzung Kambodschas von Vietnam und all den anderen Kriegen aus denen diese chinesischen, russischen und amerikanischen Landminen stammen, aber dann könnte ich auch vom 2. Weltkrieg und den Konzentrationslagern erzählen, nur dass dies schon einige Jahrzehnte länger her ist. Ich möchte es nicht kleinreden und auch nicht relativieren, jeder Krieg ist äußerst grausam, tragisch, unendlich traurig und dramatisch. Natürlich stand auch ich bei der Führung der Hero-Rats mit einem qualvoll traurig verzerrtem Gesicht da. Ehrlich gesagt bin ich immernoch berührt davon. Ja, es ist immer tragisch das zu hören, aber dann sagte unser Führer der Ausstellung: „Wir sind nicht hier um Sie traurig zu machen, wir sind hier um den Fortschritt zu zeigen; dass man nach vorne schaut und versucht den Menschen ein Leben ohne Landminen zu bieten.“ Hmmm…Aber er hat verdammt recht! Es kostet viel Zeit und Geld die Landminen aufzuspüren, auszugraben und zu entschärfen. Und da kommen unsere heldenhaften Ratten ins Spiel. Sie werden aus Tansania nach Kambodscha geholt und haben hier eine gutes und glückliches Leben. Sie werden gefüttert, täglich gewogen, regelmäßig ärztlich untersucht und gut versorgt, damit sie überhaupt die Lust dazu haben, Minen aufzuspüren. Würde man die Ratten nicht mit großer Sorgfalt behandeln und trainieren, würden sie sich nicht wohlfühlen und keine Minen suchen und finden. Ratten sind hierzu besser geeignet als Hunde, weil sie so leicht sind und die Landminen nicht auslösen. Es dauert mehrere Tage um ein Feld mit dem Metalldetektor nach Landminen abzusuchen, eine Heldenratte kann das gleiche Feld innerhalb von 40 Minuten absuchen und die Minen erschnüffeln. Die heldenhaften Ratten können auch Tuberkulose-bakterien erschnüffeln und somit herausfinden, ob jemand an Tuberkolose erkrankt ist, da diese hier noch sehr verbreitet ist. Das ist wirklich sehr beeindruckend. Ein großartiges Projekt, das Unterstützung benötigt. Die Organisation OPOPO unterstützt also den Abbauch von Landminen und Familien, die an Tuberkulose erkranken, da sie sich keine Impfung leisten können. Thema Impfung, hier sterben Menschen, weil sie nicht geimpft sind. Nur mal so zum Nachdenken.
    Man kann auch eine Ratte für eine Weile adoptieren oder eine Spende abgeben, für unterschiedliche Bereiche: Tuberkulose, Ratten oder Bildung. Und nein, für die Verrückten unter uns, die Ratte kommt nicht zu euch nach Hause. Sie lebt und arbeitet weiterhin in Kambodscha. Aber man kann sie durch einen Beitrag unterstützen.

    Bohaterskie Szczury... to szczury z Tanzanii, które potrafią wykrywać miny lądowe, aby można je było wykopać, aby nie zabijały ludzi. Czy to brzmi daleko? Mogę teraz opowiedzieć o masowych mordach w latach siedemdziesiątych, w których Czerwoni Khmerzy zabili ponad 2 miliony ludzi. I o okupacji Kambodży przez Wietnam i wszystkich innych wojnach, z których pochodziły te chińskie, rosyjskie i amerykańskie miny, ale wtedy mogłam też mówić o II wojnie światowej i obozach koncentracyjnych, tyle że to było kilkadziesiąt lat dawniej. Nie chcę tego umniejszać, ani umieszczać, każda wojna jest niezwykle okrutna, tragiczna, nieskończenie smutna i dramatyczna. Oczywiście stałam tam również z boleśnie smutną, wykrzywioną twarzą. Szczerze mówiąc, wciąż mnie to wzrusza. Tak, zawsze jest tragicznie słyszeć o wojnie. Ale wtedy nasz przewodnik po wystawie powiedział: „Nie jesteśmy tutaj, aby cię zasmucać, jesteśmy tutaj, aby pokazać postęp patrzenia w przyszłość i próbowania oferowania ludziom życia bez min”. Hmm…I on ma rację. Odnalezienie, odkopanie i rozbrajanie min zajmuje dużo czasu i pieniędzy. I tu właśnie wkraczają nasze bohaterskie szczury. Do Kambodży są sprowadzani z Tanzanii i mają tu dobre i szczęśliwe życie. Są karmione, ważone codziennie, regularnie badane przez lekarza i pod dobrą opieką, tak że mają nawet ochotę na tropienie min. Gdyby szczury nie były traktowane i tresowane z wielką starannością, nie czułyby się komfortowo i nie szukałyby i nie znajdowały min. Szczury są w tym lepsze niż psy, ponieważ są tak lekkie i nie wyrzucają min lądowych. Skanowanie pola w poszukiwaniu min lądowych za pomocą wykrywacza metalu zajmuje kilka dni, bohater-szczur może przeszukać to samo pole i wywęszyć miny w 40 minut. Bohaterskie szczury potrafią też wywęszyć bakterie gruźlicy i w ten sposób dowiedzieć się, czy ktoś ma gruźlicę, która jest tu nadal bardzo powszechna. To naprawdę imponujące.     Babel Guesthouse in Siem Reap

    Von Phnom Penh sind wir 5 Stunden mit einem Van nach Siem Reap gefahren und es war die gefährlichste Fahrt, die wir je in einem Auto unternommen haben. Das ist leider kein Witz. Der Fahrer ist super riskant gefahren und ich bin froh, dass ich selten hochgeschaut habe UND dass wir leben. Nun sind wir schon seit 2 Wochen in Siem Reap, in der Unterkunft Babel Guesthouse. Eigentlich dachten wir, dass wir nach paar Tagen oder einer Wochen wieder weiterziehen, so wie immer, aber wir waren zu erschöpft von all den Eindrücken und Ereignissen im letzten dreiviertel Jahr. Deshalb verlängerten unseren Aufenthalt immer wieder. Wir haben unendlich viel geschlafen, in den letzten Tagen. Wir haben, nach einer schlaflosen Nacht, das berühmte Ankor Wat besucht. Meist sitzen wir an unserem Ecktisch und machen stundenland Footprints. Wir unterhalten uns auch viel mit den Mitarbeitern, lernen Khmer (Kambodschanische Sprache) und erkunden etwas die Stadt. Siem Reap ist eigentlich eine Touristenstadt, die mehr als andere auf den Tourismus angewiesen war bzw. ist. Um so beeindruckender ist, dass hier die Straßen erst von einem Jahr richtig ausgebaut wurden. Aus roten Sandstraßen, wurden graue Betonstraßen, wie man sie bei uns kennt. Und ich frage mich, wie geschockt ich gewesen wäre, wenn ich die Armut hier noch ohne Straßen erlebt hätte. Noch vor einem Jahr war auch unsere Unterkunft in einer kleinen Sackgasse und durch einen damals größeren Garten nahezu abgeschnitten, vom Lärm der Hauptstraße, Road 6. Doch nun ist alles anders. Und während noch im ganzen Land unter anderem auch chinesische Landminen mit viel Mühe und Geld aufgegraben werden, investieren die Chinesen in dieses Land und lassen die Straßen bauen. Hmmm….ich weiß nicht was ich davon halten soll. Aber ich freu mich für die Menschen hier, dass es einen kleinen Schritt nach vorne geht. Uns jedoch geht es gut. Auch wenn wir immer wieder Tränen in den Augen haben, weil die traurige Geschichte diese Landes jünger ist als Julian. Doch uns geht es gut. Wir haben ein Zimmer, eine Dusche, einen Pool (nicht ganz so sauber), neue französische Freunde, die uns Tipps für Weiterreise gegeben haben. Ja, seht selbst. Ach UND….wir haben Froschschenkel probiert, war gut.

    Z Phnom Penh jechaliśmy furgonetką do Siem Reap 5 godzin i była to najniebezpieczniejsza podróż, jaką kiedykolwiek odbyliśmy samochodem. Niestety to nie żart. Kierowca jechał bardzo ryzykownie i cieszę się, że rzadko podnosiłem wzrok I że żyjemy. Byliśmy w Siem Reap już od 2 tygodni, zatrzymując się w pensjonacie Babel. Właściwie myśleliśmy, że ruszymy za kilka dni lub tydzień, jak zawsze, ale byliśmy zbyt wyczerpani wszystkimi wrażeniami i wydarzeniami ostatnich dziewięciu miesięcy. Dlatego przedłużaliśmy nasz pobyt. W ostatnich dniach dużo spaliśmy. Po nieprzespanej nocy zwiedziliśmy słynny Ankor Wat. Zwykle siedzimy przy naszym narożnym stoliku i robimy odciski stóp godzinami. Dużo rozmawiamy też z pracownikami, uczymy się khmerskiego (języka kambodżańskiego) i trochę zwiedzamy miasto. Siem Reap jest w rzeczywistości miastem turystycznym, które było lub jest bardziej zależne od turystyki niż inne. Tym bardziej imponujące jest to, że drogi tutaj zostały odpowiednio rozbudowane dopiero rok temu. Drogi z czerwonego piasku stały się szarymi betonowymi drogami, jakie znamy tutaj. I zastanawiam się, jak byłbym zszokowany, gdybym doświadczył biedy tutaj bez dróg. Jeszcze rok temu nasze mieszkanie znajdowało się w małej ślepej uliczce i było prawie odcięte od zgiełku głównej drogi, drogi nr 6, przez większy wówczas ogród, ale teraz wszystko jest inne. I podczas gdy między innymi chińskie miny lądowe są wciąż rozkopywane w całym kraju z dużym wysiłkiem i pieniędzmi, Chińczycy inwestują w tym kraju i budują drogi. Hmmm... nie wiem, co o tym myśleć. Ale cieszę się, że tutejsi ludzie to mały krok naprzód. Jednak nic nam nie jest. Nawet jeśli zawsze mamy łzy w oczach, bo smutna historia tego kraju jest młodsza od Juliana. Ale u nas wszystko w porządku. Mamy pokój, prysznic, basen (niezbyt czysty), nowych francuskich przyjaciół, którzy dali nam wskazówki, gdzie iść. It is all the more impressive that the roads here were only properly expanded a year ago. Red sand roads became gray concrete roads, as we know them here. And I wonder how shocked I would have been if I had experienced the poverty here without roads. Just a year ago, our accommodation was in a small cul-de-sac and almost cut off from the noise of the main road, Road 6, by what was then a larger garden. But now everything is different. Hmmm...I don't know what to make of that. But I'm happy for the people here that it's a small step forward. However, we are fine.
