    Last Day In JAPAN

    April 10 in the United States ⋅ ⛅ 24 °C

We woke up early and went straight to the Cup o noodles museum after having breakfast at Starbucks and stopping at the playground. We got real lost in the station with our luggage but we eventually found it.

The Cup o noodles museum was cool because we got to make our own ramen. It was awesome because ramen is awesome. I liked making the dough, flattening it and cutting it into noodles. I also got to make my own cup with whatever flavors I wanted. I chose meat, meat and meat as ingredients with Cup o noodles original broth.

We left to have lunch before going to the airport. It was my last ramen meal in Japan. It was really good but they could have made the broth a tiny bit better because it was a bit cold, but Parker and Dad liked it.

We we took the monorail to the airport which was cool. But, when we were looking for United flights we couldn't find it. So Dad asked a flight attendant where it was, and a they said there's no United where we're at and we were at the wrong airport. So we had to take a taxi to our airport. luckily we had 2 hours. We immediately checked our bags and went through security and had food.

The flight was fine but when we got back it was insane because it was still Wednesday and earlier in the morning. I went to BKC after lunch and then went to my baseball game and had a great game.

Overall, the toilets were cool because they had heated seats. Everything else was awesome. The people were nice. It was weird speaking a language that not many people in our family speak.

The food was the best food I've ever tasted. I loved the ramen. It's better than the ramen at home, except at home you can customize it. I also liked the fried noodles with pork. I also liked the crepes - I had a strawberry nutella crepe two times. The bacon wrapped rice stick and chocolate colored banana were two of my favorite treats.

I liked taking all the different kinds of public transportation. My favorite was the shinkansen. I liked how they have actual leg space. I also liked bringing my foldable chair because I could sit anywhere and read.

  • Day 14

    Osaka

    April 9 in the United States ⋅ ☀️ 23 °C

We took the train to Osaka castle. I was getting to know the train system really well so I told Dad where to go. I liked walking up the stairs to the 8th floor. I usually don't think of castles as super tall. The view was nice.

Next we went to the Umeda sky building. I liked the escalators there. I think it was kind of crazy that they put two buildings and then they lifted the top part up and bolted it to the two buildings. I was walking up the down escalators for fun when no one was around.

Our next stop (for Parker, Sawyer and me) was the Rock Star animal cafe. I liked the sugar glider the best. They got on my arm and it was pretty cool, but also very frightening because I don't really like small animals climbing up my arm. The smoothie was really good. We also had a big rabbit that looked like a cat because it had so much fur on it. We had a guinea pig that didn't want us to touch it.

We went to the Pokemon cafe. It was cool. I liked my Squirtle ice cream float. Last we went walking around and saw the Glico sign and these big head statues.

  • Day 13

    Kyoto

    April 8 in the United States ⋅ ☀️ 20 °C

We left early and I didn't have breakfast so when we got to Arashiyama, I ordered soba which was not very good because it was cold. Then we went to the Arashiyama bamboo forest, which I thought was ok.

We went on a boat ride after that. It was cool because there were people on a motor boat that came up to each of our boats and sold us stuff. I got chips. The view was pretty cool. We sat on the floor of the boat which I liked.

Then we walked to the monkey park. There were a lot of cute monkeys and we got to feed them. I thought feeding them was kind of funny because other ones would steal the food from the little ones. I liked feeding them peanuts. They were not really scared of me.

Shopping was cool. I bought one rubber band gun.

We ate at the ninja cafe for dinner. The food was really good and the ninja training was awesome. We threw ninja stars, we used blow guns and we did sword training. And the last part they had a rotating wall so I could go through the wall. My favorite was food - I had curry and the rice in the shape of a ninja star.

  • Day 12

    Kyoto day 1

    April 7 in the United States ⋅ ☀️ 16 °C

First we went to the Fushimi unari tori gate shrine. Then we had the kimono photoshoot. They wrapped a towel around my belly so they could make it look like I had a pot belly. The shoes were super uncomfortable. And the problem with having a pot belly is that when it's hot it gets even hotter.

Once we were done with that, we had lunch. For lunch I had fried noodles with pork. That was so good. There were just 2 people who were running the whole place (the lady who held the menu in the alley and the chef).

After that Sawyer and dad went to Nara and me mom and Parker went on an imperial Palace tour. The tour was interesting how they had so many rooms for just the Emperor. Even though every else had to stand during the tour, I could sit since I carried my own chair from Daiso.

Finally I went to Nara deer Park and had dinner after. Nara park was cool that we could feed the deer but it was also scary because one tried to kick me and one tried to charge Sawyer.

The tour guide was funny because of the way she acted. Then we had Wendy's and I had a melon soda. I also got a wooden sword from the shop to take home.Read more

After that we went to Ariel's playground and met up with mom, Sawyer, and Grammie. Then we took a boat ride to the Indiana Jones ride and used the fast pass for it. The next thing we did was to go to dinner. Once we were done with dinner then we went to the ride Down To The Center Of The Earth. Transfer to tokyo

    April 1 in Japan ⋅ ☀️ 21 °C

When I woke up we went to the fujikawaguchiko bus station and got tickets to Shinjuku station. When we got on the bus to Tokyo it took us two hours to get there. Then we dropped our bags off at our hotel. For lunch I had two slices of pizza and a quarter bowl of ramen which wasn't enough food for me. Then we went to Shibuya sky, and for dinner we had fish that you catch and they cook it for you.

    PS I caught two fish.
