Michele's afternoon delight (olives and wine) and our Orientation Dinner. A lot of souvlaki, but also some wonderful mussels with rice.
A short lunch after the City Walk and just before the tour of the Ancient Agora. Tomato balls, saganaki (fried cheese), arugula, tzatziki sauce, and lemonade made with Greek mint-like herb. VeryBaca lagi

While most of the students went today to Mykonos, we enjoyed our own time in Athens. Dinner at Lontos starting off with great wine and feta grilled in honey and black sesame seeds. Then, fantasticBaca lagi
Students returned from Mykonos safe and sound (thank goodness!). Ended our program with our last dinner. More Greek street food - meatballs, sovlaki - but also some fabulous seafood entrees.
With students gone, we went to the spots they told us about! :) Great view, but better food. This is actually pork cheek, if you can believe it.
What a wonderful first day of relaxation for just the two of us. After settling in to our pension, we settled in to a view of the Mediterranean, some Greek pizza, and another Greek salad. Perfect!
Breakfast at the Amifitritti, Souvlaki and Sausage at Karathona Beach, Octopus and our own selected fish at the famed Arapakos, and the highlight Chocolate calzone at a little corner coffee shop,Baca lagi
