      Délután kibuszozunk Sharjahba, ami felejthető, mert semmi külcsi -főleg Dubai után- másrészt itt tilos az alkohol. Viszont az úton kaptam meg Fülcee SMS-t, hogy fiú lesz! Egyébként hideg van, örülünk amikor visszamegyünk a Dubai Mallba.Beszaladunk még az akváriumba és aztán irány az esti Dubai busszal. Így a legszebb! Este otthon a szokásos felhozatal, de ma nem cseszegetjük a hotel személyzetét:)Read more

      Tag 2: Wüstensafari in Dubai

      Aufgewacht. Losgelacht. Nass gemacht.

      Ungefähr so könnte man unseren Morgen beschreiben. Denn da wir den Pool am vorherigen Tag leider nichtmehr besuchen konnten, war das heute unsere erste Aktivität.
      Da unsere heiß geliebte Kamera, dessen hoch geschätzte Qualität ihr bald schon kennen lernen werdet, uns allerdings kurz darauf schon ein wenig Probleme bereitete, machte sich Christina auf den Weg diese Problem aus der Welt zu schaffen, während Feline genüsslich zwei Stunden lang im Himmelbett am Pool schlief. (Man kann ihr dies nicht übel nehmen da sie A) nichts von dem Problem wusste und B) ja schon um die unglaubliche, unmenschliche Uhrzeit von 09:00 Uhr morgens von Christina aus dem Bett gezerrt wurde. Man muss hierzu wissen dass sie zur Gattung Murmeltier gehört).

      Nächster Programmpunkt war dann die Wüstensafari, welche wir im Nachhinein unterschätzt haben. Sie bot uns eine abenteuerliche Reise durch die Wüste plus Quadfahren plus Kamelreiten PLUS Barbecue bei Arabischer Musik und Bauchtanz unter freiem Himmel.

      Das Ganze ist hier schriftlich schwer zu beschreiben, sollte euch aber durch das kommende Video einen besseren Einblick ermöglichen.

      Im Moment lassen wir mit arabischen Bulgur bei kuschligen 28 Grad den Tag ausklingen und schicken euch liebe Grüße aus Dubai.      Read more

      Persze itt a strand se olyan, ahogy Móricka elképzeli. Először is földi halandó számára megközelíthetetlen.Pedig nem lenne rossz, kb 10 km hosszú homokos part, de vagy luxusszállodák terpeszkednek, vagy építkezések miatt megközelíthetetlen.Mi metróval, taxival és busszal próbálkoztunk, mire 3 körül a vad hullámokat térdig birtokba vehettük, de a kite-s fiúk impresszionálók voltak.Aztán 5 után hirtelen besötétedett, mi másfél órán át fagyoskodtunk hazafelé a buszon. A szemközti óriás bevásárlóközpontban-ahonnan alig találtunk ki-még beszereztük soványka lazacvacsinkat, majd pihi.Read more

      Dubai...aufwärmen, durchatmen, Stempel holen...
      Die letzten 2Wochen Erholung sind dahin...ich bin knülle...

      Mit aller Kraft holte ich mein Gepäck, als einzige, obwohl viele weiter nach Kiew wollen...seltsam...durchgecheckt wird es nicht. Ich geh sixher, ich will was erleben und stürz mich mit Kraxe in ein Taxi um zum anderen Terminal zu kommen. Ein schwarzes Taxi, warum nicht die gelben? Angeblich ein Neues, nur funktioniert die Kartenzahlung nicht...häääää? Neu und schon kaputt? Der kommt wohl aus Nepal ;)? Spaß beiseite.
      Ich habe dazu gelernt und verbrachte bereits einen Tag in.der Stadt...dann wird der Fahrbetrag halt aus unterschiedlichen Währungen zusammengelegt...und schau an...Kartenzahlung geht - ich komm nämlich aus Nepal ;)

      Meine Metrocard schenkte ich weiter...ich kann von meinem Glück gern was abgeben ;)

      Surprisingly in a city where most things are so expensive its borderline extortion, the public transport is some of the cheapest we have experienced on our travels.

      The train system is excellent and very clean. Each train has a gold and a woman only cabin.

      This afternoon the train was so full I barely got in while Isabel walked into the woman only cart no problem. Ironically it was the same train cart with a line in the middle that men are not allowed over. The woman side was half empty while the other side looked like a can of sardines.

      Ma reggel 1/2 9-kor arra ebredtünk, hogy hasunkra süt a nap,zeng a müezzin és zakatolnak a szomszéd felhőkarcolót építô munkagépek.Óne reggeli irány a souk kellemes nyári melegben metróval. A metró csodálatos, olyan mint egy palota, tiszta, elegáns, mindenhol mozgólépcsők, mozgójárdák és liftek, sok helyen a föld felett megy és nem is drága.A spice soukot megint végigkóstoltuk, a gold soukot végigmustráltuk és irány a strand!Read more

      Das war also Dubai..🌇

      + beeindruckende Bauten, absolut sauber und sicher! Das öffentliche Netz ist hervorragend und die Leute sehr freundlich!

      - it's all about the money! Noch höher, noch größer.. unzählige Baustellen und neue Projekte (Expo 2020).

      Fazit: lohnenswert, zwei Tage reichen aber. Die Wüste begeistert als neue Welt!

      So our flight was a little delayed taking off from Joburg and then taxi'ed like a sloth on valium!! First selfie man got the time wrong and I thought I had missed my connecting flight all together. Then I worked out o was still in time but sat on the end of seat while I watched the minutes tock by. Finally time to get off, sweet talked myself to the front and Sprint into the terminal. I'm met by an airhostes showing me where to him and my heart is overjoyed when I get to the boarding gate while it's still open. And then it all starts, because they could see we were delayed they had already changed our tickets to the next flight (at this point I think the best flight is this afternoon) only once I get to the hotel and then man says he'll give me a call down for my flight tomorrow do I realise the next available flight takes off 32hrs after I was suppose to leave.
      After trying desperately to change to a sooner flight and many strong words pushed through gritted teeth I decide enough is enough I'm going to make the most of it and explore Dubai. Cue sliver lining moment as I remember new orthos man is from Dubai and I proceed to get advice from him about what to do. After lunch with my new military friend I head off for a day in Dubai.
      I was not prepared for this day! Dubai is crazy I feel like I am in a movie everything and everyone is on fucking FLEEK!! Everything is so extra, just big and glitz and glam and oozing money. After an hour on the metro rail I finally get to the beach just in time for the wind and clouds to appear. So I set off for the malls. While paroozing the aisles of the most enormous general store I have ever seen I realised I can't spend at all here as each time I swipe I am charged, and so naturally my thirst and hunger kicks in. Emirates mall with its built in snow area was just crazy but I must say I preferred Dubai mall seeing the waterfall and water fountain show and the Burj Khalifa light with picture perfect twinkle lights and with the gentle evening sky as a background was just amazing!
      Finally back to the metro, which is now crammed full, I need food and water and sleep!!!      Read more

      Hajnali 9-kor már a City Sight Seeing buszon ülünk, hogy a méregdrága 2 napos bérletünket ki tudjuk használni.Leugrunk a Spice souknál egy kis datolyakóstolóra, majd egy jót hajózunk a creeken, már a nap is kisütött. Mindez december elsején, hihetetlen! Igazi sejknek érzem magam.Közben memzeti ünnep, a hálóinges arcsik alig bírnak magukkal!Read more

      Tegnap délben a lisztfecó VIP lounge törzshelyünkön elkezdtük a jól megérdemelt hedót, kis bátorításként pezsgő, vodka juice és Unicum képében -persze a szendókról se feledkeztünk meg.Utána már jól ment a repülés és 3 órás időeltolódással, fél 9-kor megérkeztünk.Az AlMaktum reptérről csekély 200 dirhamért betaxiztunk a City Seasons nevű szállodánkba, ahol biztos ami biztos, rögtön elkérték a szállás árát előre 5 napra, több mint 20%-kal megfejelve.Köpni-nyelni nem tudtunk, de mittehettünk?Fizettünk mint egy granszenyőr. Persze ez nem volt a legjobb belépő....A szálloda kben ok, Deira City Centerben van, metró és pláza közel, de WiFi fos, széf is, stb.Mindenesetre kis pezsgőzés után jót aludtunk....Read more
