  • change of plans! probably not last time.

    28 januari 2017, Australien ⋅ 🌙 26 °C

It was a bit of a puzzle how to define my trip and do everything I want within this year. Afterall I think it just fits.

Because it's now hotter I want to go to tasmania first and then travel up the east coast. It's now hotter there and also better temperature to surf but it's not to hot. At the end of the year it's cooler and then travel trough the outback so it's not that warm. Afterall a bit more driving but better temperature overall.

I'm planning on going to tasmania end of February / begin March. End of March I'm going back with the ferry to Melbourne. Than drive to Sydney, hopefully work there for a month in June. Afterwards go to brisbane and do some activities. Then go to cairns, then to darwin. Hopefully find a job around darwin for 2nd year visa. Afterwards go down to Adelaide and from adelaide straight to Sydney where my trip started.

I'm not gonna say what kind of activities I gonna do. I don't even know it myself so. One thing I can say is that I'm gonna skydive and surf :-D

I made a bucketlist. Yeah I must there on believing.(Dutch saying translated)

That's the plan for now. Probably it's gonna change. Don't know how and when (else I would tell you now ofcourse!), but I'll see what's on my path.

The picture with road work is a typical situation in Australia. :-P

  • last working days on the farm

    2 februari 2017, Australien ⋅ ☀️ 23 °C

The last period I worked.......... Days straight
I had in the total working period of 5,5 weeks 4 days off. Perfect for backpacking. A lot of days and hours and then a lot of traveling again!

Saturday and Sunday where my days off. I discovered Saturday that if you work a full time job such as farmwork. Then if you make 38 hours then you also can count the weekend for your work and holiday visa. And since I get Payed per 38 hours. Then I worked 10 weeks on paper. 10x7 = 70 days I got already! So I only have to do 18 days! Hopefully I can come back for 2 weeks over here to finish the work for my 2nd year visa! I'm really lucky with this job!.

I also had time to plan my trip to tasmania. I hope to see at least 1 of the 2 really amazing things. But they occur not every day and only by night. But I'm gonna tell more when I'm starting my trip to tasmania!

Ohyeah and I worked :-P. Got some old poles out of the ground from a fence and again some weeding. Also perform maintenance to a tractor and cutter. While cleaning the paddick I saw for the first time a real redback spider. These are not really big (around 3 cm) but they are really poisonous. You can get really sick from it but it's not deadly.

    Now up to Adelaide!

I finally had the courage to make a picture of my room where I stayed.

  • Adelaide

    3 februari 2017, Australien ⋅ 🌙 21 °C

The drive to Adelaide was about 5 hours. Near adelaide I stopped for gasoline. Here it was a lot cheaper than on the way so I thought I had just enough in my car. But when I had to wait on a steep uphill part of the driveway my car just turned off.. Lucky I was already at the fueling station. So I got a Jerrycan with a few liters and put that in the car. Then I drove uphill the last 10 meters. I tanked 'only' 74 liters and my tank is 79. So probably if I had to wait on a flat road I would have made It.

Plans for tomorrow: no idea! :-D

  • Wet rain

    5 februari 2017, Australien ⋅ ⛅ 8 °C

Today I went to get my new tracks for my roofracks. Unfortunately these are wider than I expected so I have to mount them next to the others. In the other hand I definitely gonna do it myself because is not that difficult.

I got also some groceries and beer. I went to Dan Murphys liquor store. And I found grolsch for $50 and that's not too bad because most good beer is priced like that.

Afterwards I went driving and went to some party on the beach where they would do some fire twirling. Unfortunately it rained almost the whole afternoon and evening. So we were with a small group and had shelter under a gazebo.

The next day I slept a while longer. And watched a movie before going out the car. In the afternoon I went to an waterfall. It was okay but not great. Wen a man halfway the waterfall said I could go up and there are blackberries. First I didn't know what blackberry where, but when I saw the bushes I recognized them. And also on top there was an bigger more beautiful waterfall. It was a nice place and I ate a lot of black berries!

Then I went to an island that was connected with the main land though a small bridge. And then I went to my friend joll who lives in woodcroft that's 45 minutes south of adelaide. We had some beers and watched A movie.

  • Chill @ woodcroft! and stress @ adelaide

    9 februari 2017, Australien ⋅ ☀️ 37 °C

Monday was a chill day and I stayed the whole day @ Joll. Watched a few movies and downloaded a lot of new ones. I enjoyed the time over here! Just like friends in Netherlands!.

Tuesday I went to get my Dutch simcard, finally I got a new one after 3 months. Slow ozzies here. I also went to a mechanic to make an appointment to check my car for rego. It's real 'easy' here in Australia because every state is like another country in Europe. So imagine to do apk and register your gar in Germany for a dutch license plate. That's like insane. And that's exactly what I have to do here.

After a half day calling and searching I know what my opinions are.

Car is registered in nsw. To renew for nsw I need to do the following things.
    1. Get CTP insurance ($610)
    2. Check your car at an registered mechanic, in nsw($38) or Sa ($120) or VIC ($180)
    3. register online for new rego ($512) with road tax

I need to do this before 26 Feb 2017. And I'm not gonna be in nsw that time, nearest is around 350km from border. So it would cost me around $100 for fuel to drive to one in nsw.

Best would be 610+120+512= $1242 for 12 months

If I transfer my registration to SA I would pay for rego, CTP insurance and road tax around $800.

Thats a lot cheaper and I get new plates. But I have to sell my car in Sa if I leave Australia. And I wanna sell my car in nsw because that's my last location.

So I think it's best to just pay more and hope to get more for my car in Sydney when I'm selling it..

After this day I think that I know more about vehicle registration than most Australian do (including mechanics). Pretty insane right!

Well wensday a vehicle check and a/c check. And then back to the farm to do another few days.

At the end of the day I climbed to mount lofty, you can see all of adelaide from the peak. It took me 1:45 to go up and down. Total track was 8km and some pieces pretty steep. So not to bad while I haven't hiked for a long time. But it was really good, I needed the physical workout!

Today I had the check and it doesn't look that good. A/c Compressor is broken, don't need to fix it for rego. Front Brake discs and pads have to be replaced, need 3 new tires and new Cilinders for brakes back. Those 3 things would cost me 1500 over there. That's way to much! So I looked first for another car. But yeah now I need to pay around 1500 a 2000 to fix my car. But then I don't need to do anything anymore. And to get another car I maybe spend 1000 a 2000 so. Maybe better to keep my car.

I called my friend mohamad in Sydney if he could help me. He said I could fix my own car in his workshop and get a bit of help. Everything will cost me now probably around 1000 and that's including fixing the airco. So thats a lot better.

So after my OTR trip I'll be heading to Sydney for a short week and then go back to Melbourne.

  • back to the farm.

    17 februari 2017, Australien ⋅ ☀️ 12 °C

Wensday evening I started to drive from adelaide towards rupanyup. On navigation I got a message to go right after 281 km, and that wasn't right but just straight. I think in total the road was for almost 450km just straight.

In the meantime I visited a pink Lake. Yeah it's actually pink! I didn't swim in it so I think I'm still straight :-P. And it was really salty the whole bottom was salt. The pink color comes from the presence of an algae. And it's only really this pink when the sun shines.

I hoped it was a bit cooler on the farm than in adelaide. Unfortunately it was everywhere hot. It's was 45 degrees today. So without airco it's bloody hot!.

This weekend Peter and Eileen went to the wedding of their son Tim. So I had to babysit the farm. Feed the horses, chucks and dogs. Fixed the ute of Peter and also fixed roofracks of my own car. I wasn't allowed to work more then 8 hours so I just watched some movies in the meantime and applied for some jobs. Total 6 movies in 3 days. :-P

Sunday it was pretty cold in the morning, around 15 degrees and a hard cold wind. I even needed a jacked. Pretty weird having 30 degrees difference in 3 days.. Because of the hard wind I had to move a fallen tree with the tractor off the road.

The rest of the week I did some weeding and slashing of straw.

    And now up to wandiligong!

  • off road trip!

    18 februari 2017, Australien ⋅ 🌙 10 °C

I did am off road trip today. First time of my life. We were driving with KTM 350 4 stroke. First I got some gear from the guys. Unfortunately no protection, only boots, pants, shirt, helmet and goggles. When we drove away I drove straight against a small branch and hunted my foot a bit. But it was okay.

We started with a normal 4wd track. And then went into the forrest (1 part of video) on a really small track. After the small track we went on some other 4wd roads. Sometimes a bit steep up or downhill. But with a enduro bike it was not to bad. First time down hill was a bit scary because you couldn't see properly where you were going. Mostly we drove for 5 or 10 minutes and had a break of 2 minutes. So that was good! Halfway the day we ended up at a photo shopped place for lunch. It was really beautiful, mostly you only see that in magazines or adds but here it was real! We had some wraps for lunch so that was good.

After lunch we drove again. The hills were a bit steeper and the climbs and downhills where longer. We drove through some creeks. And one time drove upstream a bit trough a creek. That was really cool. Along the way we could take 2 ways. Go steep uphill or just go down the long way. 1 person tried to go uphill but made a mistake and came down again. And then I went for it. I got all the way up! So that was an amazing feeling! Then the 5 minutes driving afterwards was an unreal scenic view of the valley!. Near the end of the day most people where getting tired, and I was just warmed up :-P. One guy fell down and ripped his hand open. He was able to drive but more slowly. But we got back eventually.

The bike was really driving amazing and the views and tracks where awsome! The weather was perfect, we had dry 20 degrees so not too warm and not too cold.At the end of the day we did about 130 km.

And with every amazing sport you gonna have a few beers together :-D.

I definitely know that I gonna try to buy an off-road bike when I'm back home! Thanks dad for sponsoring this trip I really enjoyed it!

Videos will come later this week. One from Me and one from the organization. So don't miss it out!

One video already, I'm the second one:
    https://www.instagram.com/p/BQpYnzuhDxL/

I uploaded 4 of the 8 videos I made with the gopro. I think it's gonna take a while before I can upload the others. If it's alright you can find the other videos after you watched the first one. If not, let me know.

  • Drive to Sydney

    19 februari 2017, Australien ⋅ ⛅ 19 °C

This morning I woke up later. And I left around 10 am. First went to 2 waterfalls. They were really nice to see. On the way in the car I could see the mountains where I drove yesterday on the Dirt bike.

I drove to the bigger city Albury to get some fuel. It was a few cents cheaper over there. And then I took off towards Sydney. When I turned up the main motorway I saw on my navigation I had to drive 500km straight! Damn that's a long road. And I didn't have cruise control, so I made my own cruise control :-P it did work okay but not perfect because you go uphill slower and downhill faster. But it's better than a deaf feet. On the way I saw an rocket car pass me! How cool is that? In Sydney I made my tea in some park, I was there around 6 and at 7 closed the park so I had to hurry a bit. I was just 18:59 outside the gates :-P

Then I went to my friend mohamad and I stayed there for the night.

In the end it took me 7 hours to drive to Sydney it was almost 700 km from wandiligong.

  • Sydney

    26 februari 2017, Australien ⋅ ☁️ 21 °C

Monday I went to a bondi beach with a friend from Sydney. It was really good weather but it too us 2 hours to drive to the other side of Sydney. Really busy.

Afternoon I got my letters and got some oil for my car. And in the evening I grabbed a beer with another friend.

Tuesday I hoped mohamad whas back at the shop but unfortunately not. So I had time to get some stuff I still needed for next few weeks. Unfortunately I couldn't do anything on my car so hopefully tomorrow.

Wensday I wen to the shop with mohamad and first helped the secretary out with some smartphone stuff. Then I finally could replace my brakes, a/c Compressor and transmission oil. I did it all within 3 hours with a bit of help but that's pretty quickly. Now only new tires, fill airco and get a safety check.

In the evening I fixed his lawnmower again. A friend of mohamad had his car parked in his garage, what a dreamcar a audi rs3! I would immediately change it for my backpacker car! :-D

Thursday I went to the bloke who knows mohamad and got new tires for only 300 dollars. Normally you would almost have 2 tires for that price and I got 3!. 1 used one but that Will do for that other half year!. The other 2 are brand names and are maybe 100km old, so practically new. Just perfect! Finally a bit luck with my car! Hopefully the aircon works straight away after filling.

Friday I uploaded some videos of the off road trip. And helped mohamad with some stuff in his shop. At the end of the day the aircon guy came and filled my aircon. He told me that I have to fix my fan because it's not generating enough airflow. So I'll probably get an electric one and remove the old one. But that's after tasmania.

Saturday I went again to the shop and had a shower over there. Around the afternoon I finally got my car checked. And finally ready to hit the road to Melbourne!

  • Melbourne

    15 mars 2017, Australien ⋅ ☀️ 31 °C

I didn't sleep to much on the ferry. So when I arrived in Melbourne I parked my car and slept for a few hours.

In the meantime I got to much groceries. I reckon for 3 weeks :-o. If I getting snowed in somewhere then I know I'm gonna survive :-P.

Both evenings in Melbourne I went to a really small cosy bar called sister bella. It was all the way in the back of an alley so normally you wouldn't find it. The beer was really cheap. You could get a jug for 10 dollars! First evening I met some Swiss, French and ofcourse German people. The second evening I met some French and afterwards some people from Brazil. One of the guys was a professional bmxer, he was regional champion in Brazil, how awsome is that!

On the trip to tasmania, Anna told me about hungry Jacks. They have an app and you can get a deal every day. Sometimes it's free sometimes is half the price. One evening I had luck. I had free fries, free cheeseburger and milkshake for only 2 dollars. (with 2 mobiles you can get 2 different things) so that was really good!

Unfortunately the battery I had wasn't really good because after a few hours the battery was empty. So I went back to the guy to get another one and see how this one lasts. With the fridge it should last for at least 24 hours. See if I got it right this time.

Just before I went to Nagambie I drove on the circuit where the formula 1 drivers gonna drive in 2 weeks.

  • (Not so much) Skydiving Nagambie

    16 mars 2017, Australien ⋅ ⛅ 17 °C

Wensday I came late in the afternoon at the dropzone. There was nobody there and I just left to another campground 10 km away. Also I had Internet over there but didn't on the dropzone. I cooked over there and then watched a movie and went to bed.

In the morning I slept a long time and also watched a movie just after breakfast. Then I went to the dropzone. Again almost dead but I expected that cause of the rain this morning. I talked to an instructor and I could jump tomorrow but most likely not a B-rel. But that's okay, I wanted anyway to do a solo and then maybe a 2way.

In the evening wen I just finished with dinner there was another guy coming. He was an American backpacker. He was awsome, I tried to give him some left over pasta but unfortunately he was allergic to peanuts. So he had a bit of a reaction. Sorry mate! But he'll survive. He was already traveling for 4 years and been all over the world. Also on a lot of dropzones. He has around 200 jumps so a bit more than me.

  • Skydiving Nagambie!!!

    18 mars 2017, Australien ⋅ 🌙 21 °C

In the morning there was no breeze, nice and sunny weather. Perfect to skydive! :-D

Because I haven't jumped for 3 months I had to shoe emergency procedures. And that's it! So not too bad. And I could do immediately a solo jump so glad with that. I did a bit of turning in the sky with my legs, nothing special and had a perfect landing!

Second jump I had to do a solo. Because all the other jumpers did an 8-way and I'm not yet allowed to do that. But I could practice a bit more.

Thirth jump I did an 3way with some guys, linked exit, did some formations. That was a really good jump. The fourth jump was my B-rel 4way with thesame guys and an instructor. The exit was really good. When we went to the second point everyone drifted away. And it got a bit messy, that was fun. But got together eventually and made 3 different formations so 3 points. So I got 2 things of the 4 you have to do for B-rel 6. Now only 2 unlinked exits and link. So that should be easy.

My fifth jump was with 2 other people and practiced an unlinked exit. And the jump was perfect, we got quickly an dock and had in total 7 points. One time I came in the burble of somebody else. So then you fall out of the sky :-P.

On the last load one guy landed with downwind and he had a lot of speed and tumbled and sliced with his landing and unfortunately disabled his shoulder. But he'll be fine in a few weeks ;-)

Afterwards we all drunk beers and had a good chat!So a almost perfect day afterall.

The next, day it was thesame weather so perfect!

I got on a load but couldn't do an B-rel. So I ending up doing a 2way with some guy. That was fun. It took me the whole jump to get to him and get an dock. But we made it.

The next jump was my B-rel stage 6 2nd time. I only had to dock as 3 or 4th. When we got out the plane. We had some separation. The dock was okay it didn't took to long and after the separation of our 1st jump one guy just dropped and he was gone. So we did 3 other points with only 3 of us. But that worked out fine. It was fun. And I passed so only one B-rel stage 6 to go. And it would be thesame as this jump just get out the plane and dock.

The last jump of the day I did with the packer. So a 2way. We got out and got together. Got on level and did an high five. And turned 360 and again high five. With in turn I hit him it was not that hard so it was fun!.

At the end we had do drink beer ofcourse and had a good time!. The guy who dislocated his shoulder was also on the dropzone and he was OK.

So a good weekend with total 8 jumps and almost my B-rels done! I'll see when I can do the next one.

  • Waiting for nice weather and people

    22 mars 2017, Australien ⋅ ☀️ 18 °C

Since Monday morning there are to less people for an load and the weather was bad until Thursday. So there was no jumping.

I searched a bit for work for a few days. And the only thing I could find was mystery shopping. You get paid to go to a shop and pretend if you are shopping and afterwards you have to fill in a report. There was an motorbike dealership close to the dropzone where a mystery shopper was needed. It was only 75km one way. So I said that I wanted to do it but that I want more because of the fuel I spend. In stead of $55 I asked $90 and I got it. So that was good!

While I still was in a bigger city I found some new shoes because the old once are a bit fucked. Hopefully the new ones will last just as long.

Tuesday evening I went to the bathroom and almost stepped on a spider with a lot of tiny babies on her back. It is an wolf spider, it can live up to 11 years in ideally conditions. From the venom form a bite you can get a red swelling, milt pain or itching. They only bite if you provoke them a lot of times. So just leave it be. Here on the dropzone are thousands of tiny Spiders and a few big ones. One bit bigger one is an golden orb spider, it's Web is total 5 meters wide and 1 meter high, Amazing to see. The golden orb spider has similar venom to the black widow but only a lot less. So you could get sick form it. This spider mainly stays in his Web. I also saw some redbacks and maybe 10 other kinds of Spiders. But as with every animal, if you leave them be then they are not gonna attack you.

Wensday I learned how to pack an rig (backpack that contains a Parachute) because I need to be able to pack an rig for my b-licence.

Thursday I packed a rig again just to practice. Also I did an entanglement test. All the lines are trough another and I had to get everything out within 30 minutes. I also got a call this day form a project leader of McLean farms what's located near brisbane. Prinzen sold egghandling machines to McLean. Prinzen was the company I worked for in the Netherlands. So afterall I get an job in my own branch, how awsome!

Friday I also packed a few rigs. Just practicing for Saturday and I'm jumping again!

Saturday I had to wait the whole morning because there was a lot of clouds and I wasn't allowed to jump with only an a license. But in the end I got on a load and did my last B-rel. It took me a while to get to the group but at last I got the dock and that was the only goal to accomplish. My landing was perfect. So I'm finished with my courses! Yeah! Now skydiving isn't that expensive anymore.

  • Melbourne & Sydney

    9 april 2017, Australien ⋅ ☀️ 25 °C

In Melbourne I stayed a couple of days and met some old friends. I also went skydiving in barwon, it was really cheap! Only $40 a jump including gear!

One friend already booked a flight to Sydney but she went anyway with me with the car to Sydney. On our way we stayed on the dropzone in Nagambie. In the morning I did 2 jumps, first jump I did a frontflip out of the plane, that was pretty awsome! After our dock I did a 360 and afterwards a backflip. During the flip I got accidentally in sit-fly position. But got back on my belly again. After opening of the canopy I had no penetration so I had to land off dropzone. And that was 1km off dropzone so pretty far away. They came to get me with the car. Now I'm on 41 jumps.

Then we left towards Sydney and watched power Rangers when whe got at the cinema. I dropped her off and went to mohamad. I helped mohamad during the week. Unfortunately I had to drive a holden commodore ss, it was quite hard to don't floor the throttle because it was a quick v8 and it drove really good!.

On Friday I went with a friend to the figure of eight pools. That was really crazy, she lived for 25 years in Sydney and never went to the royal national park and even never went hiking. It's so close to home and never been there. (who recognized themselves? Haha) the weather was really nice, around 27 degrees and only sun. When we where there and tried to climb out of the pool there was a wave that came over the rocks and dragged us 2 meters. But we survived :-D

I spend the weekend. In Sydney cbd (central business district) with other friends.

The free camp was really nice. Now I could see it at light. There was a lake next to it. We had breakfast and left towards the 'legendary' Ellenborough waterfall. It was really awsome there. You could see the waterfall from the top, side. Bottom and front. At the bottom we got wet only from the spray. Amazing waterfall!

Then we went to another waterfall. The hike was a bit longer but the fall was just as impressive. Along the way we saw some big trees, yes really big!

Then we went to another waterfall. You get there we drove a 4wd track that was pretty cool. And when we finally came there the waterfall wasn't that good. So we went further.

Next stop was a mountain. It was a elevation of 487m within 5km so pretty steep and the view was stunning. We could see around 120km far at least. I could see the next mountain where we headed to tomorrow and that was 95km in straight line.

Afterwards we drove along the coast and made some noodles ;-). At the end of the day we drove to a rest area near the mountain. There was no camping allowed so we camped there :-P.

Afterwards we mostly drove. A lot of roads and national parks where closed due the storm a few weeks ago. Some roads or bridge where demolished by the water.

In the end of the day we arrived in Queensland and found a quite campspot.

  • Trip to brisbane day 7

    16 april 2017, Australien ⋅ ⛅ 20 °C

From the campsite we drove a while to get to the first hike, unfortunately it was also closed due the storm.

The next hike with some waterfalls was luckily open and we saw some beautiful waterfalls and caves. The path also went between some rocks and it was 50cm wide. Next was the best of all lookout. It was good but not the best. :-P.

Afterwards we went to a natural bridge. It was beautiful to see the waterfall in light inside the cave.

Then we drove trough gold Coast, to brisbane where I dropped my travelmate off.

Afterwards I drove for another 1,5 hour to get to an camping place near toowoomba. I parked my car there and went to sleep for a couple of hours. I set my alarm for 1:00 to watch the formula 1 race. Unfortunately max was quickly out of the race. And went to sleep again around 3:00

  • Looking for a appartment and work

    17 april 2017, Australien ⋅ ⛅ 22 °C

I drove in the morning to toowoomba to watch some appartments where I wanna live the next 3 months while I'm working.

    I watched 5 appartments in 2 days.

Tuesday I had the interview with the person from the McLean farms. I had to do an test on wensday if I was fit enough and ofcourse I failed, so now I have to work :-P

In the weekend I went to toogoolawah for skydiving. Did couple of jumps on Friday and Sunday. Saturday where a lot of clouds and some rain so no skydiving.
Got now 47 jumps so I can almost apply for my b-licence!

On Saturday I arranged my appartment and Sunday evening I moved in. On Monday morning I picked up a bed. So now I live in a proper house with 3 other people :-D.

On Tuesday was a public holiday, so for work I had to wait for wensday to start. I had to do a drug test in the morning (that's pretty common to do that in Australia) afterwards Brett (the guy who I had a conversation with) showed me around and then I went straight to work.

And I'm probably not gonna post any posts while I'm working. Because is kind of my regular job at home so. Probably next post end of juli when my parents come to Australia :-)

  • Update

    28 maj 2017, Australien ⋅ ⛅ 16 °C

I'm doing good here. Living with roommates together is really good. Always someone home.!

Work is also good. Currently installing egg handling machines so my line of work!

Cause all my roommates do 4WD competitions. I went last weekend with Kim. She has a nice Nissan patrol v8. We went there Friday evening and there we met up with a bunch of people. Drinking beer around the fire.

The next day there were some comps. How flexible the car is and driveability. That was okay to watch. But I wouldn't do that myself. And in the day everyone was drinking, even the drivers. When the night came a lot of people went 4wd on the tracks of the National park. My 4wd wouldn't be able to do most tracks so you actually need a high decent car. I went with someone else driving. He was driving with a beer in the hand. So weird. And driving so fast on 4wd tracks! About 50 until 60km/h. It was an awsome weekend and met a bunch of crazy people.

With skydiving I got a few weeks ago my b-licence! Yeah! So now the fun actually starts!. This weekend I put an full face helmet on and a rel-suit (that's for relative flat work). It was so much better and it looked a lot cooler! Got 4 jumps in, 2x 3-way and 2x 4-way. I learned a lot and I was flying really good!

  • Update June

    9 juli 2017, Australien ⋅ ☀️ 16 °C

Just after my birthday I went rally driving. That was awsome you drive in a Lancer evo and subaru wrx. I liked the Lancer more. I got the videos on YouTube.

Further I finally got my pay rise what they promised me. So I made a lot of hours and saved a lot of money for the next part of my trip.

This weekend I finally could Skydive with my own stuff. Own helmet and rel-suit. And I bought a ditter. That's an device that you put in your helmet and it beeps on certain hights while skydiving.

After my payrise the company tried to pay me less money on every possibility. And after 6 weeks I'm still trying to get my money. But they are really slow (Australians....).

Last 2 weekends a few birthday partys and had a good time playing pool.

Got now bit more that 2 weeks left of work and then I'll travel again with my parents.
