    Ich habe mich so auf italienisches Essen gefreut. Und es war mal so mal so. Mal dachen wir, jo das hätte ich jetzt selbst besser gekocht und mal war es einfach unfassbar nur lecker. Aber in der "Osteria da Fortuna" waren die Gnocchi frisch, handgemacht und die besten die wir je im Leben gegessen haben🤩 auch der Buffelmozzarella war unfassbar fantastisch, high class!Read more

    Ein paar Wochen nachdem wir Australien verlassen haben, haben wir hier nochmal eine kleine Zusammenfassung erstellt.
    Für uns war es einfach fantastisch dort gewesen zu sein und wir sind unfassbar glücklich, dass wir zum Einen die Route unserer Weltreise so gewählt haben, und zum Anderen, dass Australien auch tatsächlich noch seine Grenzen für uns geöffnet hat. Ich hoffe dieses kurze Video gibt einen kleinen Einblick, wie vielseitig dieser Kontinent ist.

    Kilka tygodni po tym, jak wyjechaliśmy z Australii, przygotowaliśmy tutaj małe podsumowanie.
    Fantastycznie było dla nas tam być i jesteśmy niesamowicie szczęśliwi, że z jednej strony wybraliśmy trasę naszej światowej podróży, a z drugiej, że Australia faktycznie otworzyła przed nami swoje granice. Mam nadzieję, że ten krótki film da trochę wglądu w różnorodność tego kontynentu.

    Great Barrier Reef

    Eigentlich sind wir nur wegen dem „Great Barrier Reef“ nach Cairns gegangen. Wir hatten natürlich auf schönes Wetter gehofft in der Karibik von Australien, doch es war karibisch regnerisch. Generell hatten wir uns daran gewöhnt, dass wir dem Regen hinterher reisen, aber Schnorcheln im Regen würde kein Spaß machen. Schließlich erbarmte sich die Sonne und wir nutzten schnell unsere Chance.
    Das „Great Barrier Reef“ ist das größte Korallen Riff der Welt und das ist kein Witz und nicht übertrieben. Man kann dieses Korallenriff sogar vom Weltall aus sehen, es ist 348.700 Quadratkilometer groß. Dazu gibt es in Cairns die JCU, James Cook Universität, die angeblich ebenso das weltgrößte Forschungslabor für Meeresbiologie besitzt, liegt ja auch nahe🤷
    Leider ist das Riff am Ausserben und am Verblassen. Der Klimawandel macht ihm schwer zu schaffen, aber auch der viele Plastikmüll in den Weltmeeren und die Microplastiken aus den schlechten Sonnencremes sind schlecht für das Riff.

    Właściwie pojechaliśmy do Cairns tylko ze względu na „Great Barrier Reef”. Oczywiście liczyliśmy na ładną pogodę na Karaibach w Australii, ale było deszczowo jak na Karaibach. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, byliśmy przyzwyczajeni do podróżowania po deszczu, ale nurkowanie w deszczu nie byłoby zabawne. W końcu słońce zlitowało się i szybko zaryzykowaliśmy.
    „Great Barrier Reef” to największa rafa koralowa na świecie i to nie jest żart ani przesada. Możesz nawet zobaczyć tę rafę koralową z kosmosu, ma ona powierzchnię 348 700 kilometrów kwadratowych.     Kuranda Railway

    Mit einem historischen Zug durch den Regenwald nach Kuranda. Kuranda ist ein kleines süßes Dörfchen mit jeder Menge Spaß und vielen Tieren zum Bestaunen. Julian ist übrigens DER Tierflüsterer, ich bin da eher n Schisser. Bei all der Tierflüsterei wurde ihm seine Sonnenbrille geklaut…von einem Ara und in alle Einzelteile zerlegt. Tja…ich hab ja gesagt, dass er die Brille, weglassen soll. ABER das allerwichtigste ist: Wir haben einige Koalas gesehen, MIT Koalababy😍JETZT kann ich wieder zurück nach Deutschland. Oh mein Gott, die sind so verdammt lustig und langsam🐨 Koalas schlafen, ähnlich wie Katzen, bis 22 Stunden am Tag. Die kuscheligen Tierchen fressen nur Eukalyptusblätter oder Rinde, diese sind nicht sehr nahrhaft und fasrig, also brauchen sie viel Schlaf zum Verdauen, ist ja auch anstrengend. Wenn Koalas längere Stressphasen haben, wie zum Beispiel Waldbrände und weniger als 18 Stunden schlafen, können sie auf Dauer davon sterben. Ach ja…und NEIN, Koalas sind nicht immer zugedröhnt von den Eukalyptusblättern, das ist ein Irrglaube. Sie sind tatsächlich die einzigen Tiere, die Eukalyptus vertragen, für alle andern ist es pures Gift. Wir haben auch Wombats zu Gesicht bekommen. Die sind auch ziemlich lustig, sie sehen irgendwie kuschelig aus, können aber schlimme Autounfälle verursachen, da ihre Körper extrem fest und stämmig sind. Es gab auch Wallabys, die man füttern konnte, Krokodile, die hier im Norden übrigens auch einfach im Meer schwimmen. Was ich nicht vor die Linse bekommen habe, sind Kakadus. Die gibt es hier üüüberall, einfach überall, doch irgendwie posieren sie nur adrett vor mir, wenn ich die Kamera nicht dabei habe. Tja, so ist das wohl. Ach, echt bezaubernd diese Tierchen und die meisten zum Greifen nahe.

    Z zabytkowym pociągiem przez las deszczowy do Kuranda. Kurae to mała słodka wioska z dużą ilością zabawy i wielu zwierząt do podziwiania. Przy okazji, Julian jest zaklinacz zwierząt. Ja to się zawsze boję. Okulary przeciwsłoneczne Juliana zostały skradzione i złamane przez ARA. Cóż… mówiłam że ma zostawić okulary. ALE najważniejsza rzecz: widzieliśmy kilka koali, z malutki koalą 😍 teraz mogę wrócić do Niemiec. O mój Boże, są tak cholernie śmieszne i powolne. Podobne do kotów, Śpią koła do 22 godzin dziennie. Przytulne zwierzęta jedzą tylko liście eukaliptusowe lub kory, nie są to zbyt pożywne i fasciowe, więc potrzebują dużo snu do trawienia, bo to jest wyczerpujące. Jeśli koale mają dłuższe fazy stresu, takie jak pożary lasów i mniej niż 18 godzin snu, mogą umrzeć na dłuższą metę. Aha, to nieprawda że koale nie są zawsze ciągnięte z liści eukaliptusowych, W rzeczywistości są jedynymi zwierzętami tolerujących eukaliptusa, dla wszystkich innych jest to czysta trucizna. Widzieliśmy również wombaty. Są też bardzo zabawne, wyglądają na jakoś przytulnie, ale mogą powodować straszne wypadki samochodowe, ponieważ ich ciała są niezwykle solidne. Były też Wallaby które mogli karmić i krokodyle. Które to na północy po prostu pływają w morzu. Co nie mogłam z fotografować to kakadu. Oh my god they are so damn funny and slow 🐨 Koalas sleep, similar to cats, up to 22 hours a day. The cuddly little animals only eat eucalyptus leaves or bark, these are not very nutritious and fibrous, so they need a lot of sleep to digest, which is also exhausting. If koalas experience prolonged periods of stress, such as wildfires, and sleep less than 18 hours, they can die over time. Oh yeah...and NO, koalas aren't always stoned from eucalyptus leaves, that's a misconception. They are actually the only animals that can eat eucalyptus, for everyone else it is pure poison. We also saw wombats. They're pretty funny too, they look kind of cuddly, but they can cause bad car accidents as their bodies are extremely solid and stocky.     Blue Mountains

    Ungefähr 60 km westlich von Sydney befinden sich die Blue Mountains, also die Blauen Berge. Oh mein Gott! Daher kommt das Lied „ Aus den blauen Bergen kommen wir“, Haha! Den Namen haben die Berge wegen ihrer Eukalyptuswälder. Das ätherische Öl in den Blättern verdunstet und lässt die Wälder bei bestimmtem Tageslicht bläulich schimmern. Also, wir denken, dass wir so einen kleinen Hauch von Blauschimmer gesehen haben…guuut, vielleicht war es nur grau und nicht ganz blau, ach wer weiß das schon😆 die Landschaf ist auf jeden Fall atemberaubend und beruhigend. Auch die Felsen der „drei Schwestern“ sind sehr eindrucksvoll, wenn sie da so zwischen den Wolken stehen.

    Góry Błękitne znajdują się około 60 km na zachód od Sydney. O mój Boże! Stąd piosenka „Przybywamy z niebieskich gór”, haha! Góry otrzymały swoją nazwę od lasów eukaliptusowych. Olejek eteryczny z liści odparowuje, nadając drewnu niebieskawy odcień w pewnym świetle dziennym. Cóż, wydaje nam się, że widzieliśmy tę małą nutę niebieskiego… , no dobra, może to było po prostu szare i nie całkiem niebieskie, och kto wie… sceneria jest zdecydowanie oszałamiająca i kojąca. Duże wrażenie robią też skały „trzech sióstr”, kiedy stoją między chmurami.

    The Blue Mountains are located about 60 km west of Sydney. Oh my God! That's where the song "we come from the blue mountains" comes from, haha! The mountains got their name because of their eucalyptus forests. The essential oil in the leaves evaporates, giving the woods a bluish tinge in certain daylight. Well, we think we saw that little hint of blue…well, maybe it was just gray and not quite blue, oh who knows😆 the scenery is definitely stunning and soothing.     Natürlich wollten wir auch nach Sydney. Wegen der berühmten Oper und wegen Dorie, natürlich. Mehr wollte Moni auch nicht sehen. Zum Glück ist die schöne Harbour Bridge(Hafenbrücke) direkt daneben. Das Opernhaus von Sydney gehört seid 2007 zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe und ist auch auf der Australian National Heritage List. Auch die Harbour Bridge ist seit ihren 75. Geburtstag, 2007, auf der Australian Heritage List. Sie verbindet die Nordküste und die Südküste Sydneys. Von den Einheimischen wird die Hafenbrücke „coat hanger“ (Kleiderbügel) genannt, sie steht für moderne Entwicklung und die strahlende Zukunft Australiens, wie romantisch😆 Sydney ist die Hauptstadt des Staates New South Wales, NICHT von Australien. Das wiederum ist Canberra, von dessen Besichtigung uns alle abgeraten haben, ok. Also Sydney hat ca. 5 Mio. Einwohner auf ca. 12.400 km/2 und ist somit momentan die größte Stadt Australiens. Tatsächlich liefern sich hier Sydney und Melbourne hier immer mal wieder ein Kopf-an-Kopf Rennen und tauschen Platz eins und zwei. Berlin hat, zum Vergleich, ca. 3,8 Mio. Einwohner auf ca. 900 km/2. Nur zur Vorstellung: Sydney hat für ca. 30% mehr Einwohner als Berlin knapp das 14-fache an Fläche zur Verfügung. Kein Wunder, dass die Berliner so gestresst sind Tatsächlich hat die Stadt Sydney auch noch mehr zu bieten als Oper und Hafenbrücke. So gibt es zum Beispiel wunderschöne Wege, die an der Küste, an Klippen und an Stränden entlang führen und zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen einladen. Sydney gilt als eine der Städte mit der höchsten Lebensqualität weltweit. Im CBD = Central Business District, also im Zentrum ist die Tram übrigens für jeden kostenlos…das ist echt cool.
