Mike was driving the night before and parked us here when he was getting too tired to drive. I woke up early the next morning when the sun was just starting to rise. It was a beautiful sight!

We made a stop to see Mount Rushmore. I enjoyed seeing the Memorial, walking through the exhibit, and learning that President Jefferson was the author of the first ice cream recipe in America.
