Our final stop in Uruguay was in a small town called Colonia del Sacramento - one of the oldest towns of Uruguay, first founded by Portuguese settlers and then eventually taken over by the Spanish. Czytaj więcej

Cabo is a very special town- you need to take a dune buggy for 7km to get to the town and it's off the grid. Obviously, there is wifi, running water, etc. - but it's gorgeous and deserted in the off Czytaj więcej
Punta del Este is a beach town - akin to Miami in Florida. Imagine high rises, parties and full beaches in the summer. In spring though it is completely dead. We stayed one night with Inés in Punta Czytaj więcej
Mark and I arrived in Montevideo and were picked up by Inés, Tabea's friend from university. We had dinner with her family and the next day she took us to Punta del Este.
