Our last full day in Alaska was spent checking out Wrangall NP and fishing the little Tok River. Eagle Trail campground was great! Jeff also made curry with some fresh shrimp we caught!
Today was epic. We learned how to shrimp fish on the Prince William Sound and ate lunch next to a glacier! It was a great way to end our visit with Tami and Steve. ❤️
We spent a day with Tami, Steve and friends. The dogs loved it too! We took in the town of Kenai and learned about all the indigenous tribes.
Kenai Day 1! We fished and caught! Jeff grabbed a Dolly Varden, a Jack King and. Sockeye…I caught two rainbows and a sockeye. Tami and Steve were the BEST guides! We ended the day at their nightЧитать далее
Anchorage was a bust. Someone stole my bike. We made the best of it by buying our 5th piece at Peter Brondz and starting our visit with Tami and Steve.
Today we drove through the rest of Denali, including the Denali State Park. We fished and toured the largest population of mosquitoes I’ve ever seen. We ended up in Anchorage for our first hotel ofЧитать далее
This was for sure a bucket list. We had a great campground to walk the girls by the river. We hiked in some dense shit that scared me and we saw Denali!
We made it to Alaska! The road was horrible. We spent the night in Tok then woke up, fly fished with a moose, drove to Fairbanks and stopped in at Hoodoo Brewing. Let the fun of the last frontierЧитать далее
