Up up up. First 1/2 the day was a brutal 1000 ft climb and 1000 ft downhill. However, I’m told once you climb the alto del perdon you are pardoned your sins. How many pardons do I get?

Viaggiatore Yes - my back was seriously hurting from yesterday. We both needed to lighten our load. I’m thinking we are each between 14 to 15 lbs now. Water included.

OMG, I’m dying laughing from your video. I think Porto might have got us today too. Hard walking hills when you live at sea level & there are no hills 😂

Viaggiatore We are so far! Enjoyed a delicious bottle of white wine (grapes I was not overly familiar with but I really liked) while sitting at a cafe overlooking Vila Nova de Gaia. (32 hours of being awake at that cafe) !! Then we had to walk uphill back to our Air BnB. 😵💫
