First heat the table BBQ and render the fat. Then place on lots of bean sprouts. Strips of mutton on that then vegetables (onion, cabbage and pumpkin). It was good when dipped into a special dipping sauce. John chose a knife and fork, I used chopsticks. Oh...and the beer was great (2 steins each).
