Day trip to Lillehammer from Oslo

A long but beautiful train day. And some sightseeing in Oslo.
We woke to a grey day on the Hurtigruten. It snowed, shined and a lot in between. We got to Bergen at 2.45pm and squeezed in some tourism.
The temperature had dropped overnight and it was -12°C but it was time to get on our Hurtigruten ferry to Bergen.
It was a beautiful clear day and -5°C. Time to visit Trondheim! It was the national day of the Sami people so many people in traditional dress were out too.

Mainly spent enjoying g the view from the train, watching it get snowberry as we went northwards, then watching people skiing on the frozen lakes! Plus Osterund's museum.
A boat tour around some of the islands in the harbour; the Vasa museum; the Störkyrkan cathedral; and the Icebar.
