7 hour trek today taking us to 2,500m (elevation of 1,100m).
Beautiful forest which followed the river to Tibet. We saw cows, monkeys and honey.

Another 7 hour trek today, arrived at langtang 3,400m. Starting to feel the attitude and thin air now.

Today we spent the day acclimatizing. In the morning we visited a local yak cheese maker and then took a small stroll in the afternoon to the lake which is where the village get their hydropower.

Took a helicopter flight from Kyanjin Gompa back to Kathmandu.
What took 7 days to trek, took 20 minutes by flight...
