Due to a gastrointestinal bug I've unfortunately had to sit out this day - but Liz and Lou had a good, long, hot, beautiful ride while I took the bus.

Back in the game although the day begins with a puncture. I was faffing with the tube change until a very elderly man came out of a nearby cafe with a knife and fork in hand (??) and took over -Baca lagi
