We lunched at 1238 The Battle of Iceland and then failed to resist visiting the exhibition of this famous Icelandic battle. The exhibition was fun, mainly because of a virtual reality battle. TurnsWeiterlesen
White water rafting from Bakkaflot down the West Glacial Canyon. Amazing. Hot chocolate from a hot spring. Why take a kettle? My swimming needs a little work though.
About 2 km down a tiny gravel drive, we checked into the four bedroom guesthouse Kolkuos with stunning views. And discovered a new drink. Malty but sweet - it's apparently an Iceland classic.
