Back again with our favorite new thing to do: Surfing.
And where better could we resume that new hobby then in a Surfcamp?
That‘s why we decided our first stop on our east coast adventure will be the Mojo Surfcamp at Spot X.
After arriving at 4 o‘clock in the morning and not much sleep we had our first lesson in the morning which directly lead us to the decision to extended our stay and buy an extra package so we can have more lessons and more time to Surf.
The days at Spot X were amazing with a lot of great lessons and other activities like Kangaroo watching.Read more

First thing after arriving in Sydney we needed to see a doctor because Alix sprained her foot.

We explored the famous Bondi Beach and took a small hike along the coast with a friend. Next to that me went out a few times and met loads of fun people.Read more

Seminyak and Canggu

Next stop on our adventure was the beautiful Seminyak where we finally went to the famous „La Favela“. The Restaurant/Nightclub was absolutely stunning, surely one of our highlights. While grocery shopping for instant noodles we met two people who were casually chilling at a table with a bunch of small kittens, which were unbelievable cute.

Then we decided to go to Canggu.
Exploring the place on our rented Motorbikes our first stop had to be the beach to surf again, but the waves were hard to catch.
On our second day we decided to go to the famous old man‘s Bar at the beach. It was amazing and fully packed with people dancing through the night. We somehow lost our key for our Motorbike there(what a suprise)but the problem was solved quite quickly and we got a new key.
We decided to extend our stay in Canggu for a few more days in which we met new friends, chilled at the beach, explored the beautiful Canggu and ate delicious food. It was an amazing Time in Canggu.

For our last few days we decided to go back to Kuta.Read more

After our amazing stay in Nusa Penida our next stop was Kuta. We had some amazing days here with shopping, good food but most importantly surfing all day.
We loved the surfing so much that we decided to extend our stay for another and another and another day. After a spontanous night out that ended with a midnight swim in the pool we spend our last two days again with surfing at the Kuta beach and enyoing every moment and every wave.Read more

Last days in Nusa Penida

Sunset at Crystal Beach, Food at the street market (and no food poisoning 🎉), enjoying the view at Kilingking beach, meeting new friends and going to dinner with them and mainly cruising around with the motorbike.
Enjoying every minute of it.

Diamond Beach

After finally managing to wake up early we drove to the diamond beach. Slowly the already bumpy road turned into potholes and big rocks. After an one hour drive we reached the coast. From there we had to climb down a really long stair which lead us to the absolutely stunning “diamond beach”. There we had a swim and enjoyed the view before heading back.Read more

First day Nusa Penida

After waking up we ate breakfast and then decided to rent motorbikes. „Do we need a drivers license to rent one?“ -„no, I can show you“
The receptionist pointed to the direction of “athu Beach”. We rode about 40 minutes through forests and along beaches- while children and chickens crossed the road. Asking young men with big guns for the direction.Read more

While checking-in we learned that we need a ticket to leave the country after a 30 days stay to enter Bali. We had 10 minutes to book a flight (next stop; Sydney). After this small crisis we are now on the plane and ready to leave Switzerland. Very excited.Read more
