We did the walking tour that our hostel offered. Went to a glee market, Portuguese lunch spot, Bélem tower and other monuments, and then we went to LX factory for dinner.

First day in Lagos!

We took a bus from Lisbon to Lagos. It is a beach town on the water. We walked 25 minutes to a beach in a small cove and then walked around on the coast line for the views.

We left early this morning to start driving through the Atlas Mountains and to Ait Ben Haddou. Very cool and different sites to see here. We saw where the famous films were filmed here like The Gladiator and Game of Thrones.Les mer

Desert day yesterday 🐪⛺️

Yesterday we got up early and started our trek towards the desert! On the way we got to stop to get hennas and dress in the traditional clothing of Moroccan women. We arrived to a pool looking out to the desert and got to swim for a bit. Then we took the quads and drove around the dunes which was amazing! We then went for a camel ride where we got to stop and sand board at one point. Then the camels to us to our camp where we danced and listened to traditional drum music.Les mer
