Want to enjoy free hot „springs“ in Iceland?
Go to „The Valley of Reykjadalurl“! Take a 40 min walk/hike up into the hills. There you find a beautiful hot ... well „river“ rather thanもっと詳しく

The great waterfall Gullfoss. An huge canyon formed by the extensive water masses falling into the depths. It is 31m high (11m+21m) two step waterfall.
Another bonus: incredibly strong winds!
Iceland has so many waterfalls!
We stopped at two more, Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss. Both located near the coast.
Seljalandsfoss is one where you can walk behind the fall.

Very famous and well visited (especially by Asian people): The Black Beach of Vik!

I was sceptical in the beginning, but the glasier lagoon is one of the most amazing landmarks Iceland.
Although it was quite cold with the wind, the colours are just gorgeous!

I couldn‘t get enough of the glasiers. The panorama is definitely one of my favourite pictures.

Finally and somehow also sadly, we were back in Reykjavik.
One final thing we booked in advance! The Blue Lagoon. Expensive, but worth the price.
