We left the site of our camp around 9.00am. Lake Taylor was like a mirror, it was so still and the reflection of the hills on the water was beautiful. Yesterday we had passed a lot of Cabbage treesЧитать далее
Drove for over 2.5 hours off the main road to get to Lake Taylor first and then to Lake Sumner.
After a lovely breakfast at the Hotel we checked out and went off to see lake Tennyson which was in St James station. This took us through another big station which was now under Doc management. soЧитать далее

An early morning start to catch the Ferry from Wellington to Picton. Had to leave home by 6.15am. The vehicle was mostly packed the pevious day. Got up early and made some pies for the ferry trip andЧитать далее
