It started off a little cloudy on our boat trip to Limone but the sun soon broke through the clouds to give us a warm sunny day.

Today we were visiting various towns around Lake Garda. Our first stop was the town of Lazise, the Lazise comes from the Latin word 'Lacus' which means Village on the Lake'.

Sirmione is lovely but very busy. By walking along the front we did manage to avoid most of the crowds.
The boat trip took us out into the lake and showed us the town from a different angle.

We only had time for a Gelato in Garda but there were some nice views across the Lake from the café's on the front.

It's a early start, breakfast At 7 am on the road by 7:45 am, with a 14 hour drive to the hotel in Belgium ahead of us!

Due to traffic jams we have been on the road for over 16 hours! We are both shattered and we still need to do it all again tomorrow, hopefully after a few hours sleep.
