After all this touring, we're ready to relax and enjoy the train ride from Ollantaytambo to Aguascalientes that will be the base for our visit to Machu Picchu tomorrow. What a funky little place!

Today started at the original "border" crossing, Portada de Rumiqolqa. The control for those entering the sacred valley. Anyone entering the area had to pass through here. There's also a water canalLæs mere
Our home for these 8 days was charming, and we'll remember how sweet Carmen was every morning. So many memories and so much history to absorb. We won't miss the horn honking though 🤪
