I spent the morning walking through downtown Vancouver. It was overcast and chilly, but luckily stayed dry. Some highlights were Gastown, with its iconic steam clock, and the public library.
The local chapter organized an afternoon outing to the Capilano Suspension Bridge. The Bridge is 750' above the river, and very bouncy. I especially enjoyed the tree top walk and the cliff walk. IRead more
It's chilly and windy, but still nice to take a walk along the waterfront. The spring flowers are blooming.
Sure feels good to be back home. We have lots of good memories and I have hundreds of photos to sort through. Now we can relax, recuperate and start preparing for the holidays.
Arrived back at LAX after a better than expected flight. Waited almost an hour for our luggage, then another hour for the hotel shuttle. The traffic was unreal. SO GLAD we don't live in LA!!!
