Everest, Relax, Eat, Eat, Eat...

Up at 4:30am to fly over Everest - sitting at 8,849m!

We were involuntary involved in the filming of an advert while on board....

We then relaxed in a spa for a few hours with massages.

Finally we tasted Katmandu walking around and eating all the street food. Chilli Momo's are the best.Leer más

Final day exploring Kathmandu. With a lazy morning we started exploring the city at midday.

We visited the Buddha Stupa and had a rooftop terrace lunch and then taxied across the city to Chandragiri Cable Car which took us to 2,500m.Leer más

What a culture shock compared to Kathmandu!

Took off at midnight from Kathmandu and arrived in Singapore this morning at 7am.

Spent the day roaming the city and finished the day with the Spa.

Singapore Sightseeing

We've been exploring Singapore today. We started with a massive breakfast #amazing #$$$

We then did a 10k walk through the tree tops and rainforest in the central city.

Dinner at chinatown after being caught in the monsoon and a final drink at the sky lounge of the famous cruise ship hotel (Marina Bay Sands).Leer más

Exploring & Relaxing

Early start with a 4 hour bike tour around Singapore with Wyman (tour guide). We cycled around 20km and saw so much of the city. We stopped at a hawker for lunch which is where all the locals eat their street food.
We came back and relaxed at the pool before heading out into the Middle Eastern district for dinner.Leer más

Goodbye Singapore

Started today with an almond croissant from the local bakery and a stroll around Raffles garden.

The best lunch at Raffles with Wagyu & beef cheek ravioli #yum. We also had their choir singing to Christmas carols at our table.

Bay of gardens..... It was beautiful but extremely busy with families, wasn't our vibe so we left early and went to Satay Street where they'd shut the road for the street food #yum.Leer más

We flew out of Singapore at 11am, landing at 2pm in Vietnam.

We then had a short 20 minute transfer to our hotel and had lunch while we waited for the room.

Lazy morning in the hotel in Da Nang sending Christmas messages and chilling by the pool.

Arrived in Hoi An ... OMG it's beautiful 😍. Yellow old town full of little market shops. The market opens at 6pm and it comes alive at night.

Scott went to the toilet earlier and I accidentally ordered a whole set menu for us just after we'd eaten lunch #doublelunchdayLeer más

Food Tour Hoi An

We spent the day with a guide walking around the old town on a food tour. We may come back the size of a house but we don't care when the food is this amazing.

We started with rose flowers which are only made in Hoi An, we went to where they're made for the whole town and they cooked them onsite for us.

We then had the local noodles which again can only be eaten in Hoi An - these were Scott's favorites.

We finished with a Banh Mi (baguette) - inspired by the French influence here.

We then had Bao buns for dinner which were recommended by M&T - Carmen's favorites.Leer más

Rogue Cooking Class

We met our guide at 10 for a local cooking class - though it's not exactly what we got!

We started with a 7km bike ride to a local village to collect cooking ingredients. Once at the locals house we went on a 1 hour water forest tour with water coconuts growing. - not what we expected haha.

We then did 20 minutes of cooking rice pancakes accompanied by a huge lunch. Really interesting day

We then cycled back and chilled by the hotel for the afternoon.Leer más
