Back to the Caribbean - this time an archipelago off the northwest coast of Panama. Bocas Del Toro means "mouth of the bull" in Spanish.

Can't really say much about the place as it was really only a jumping off point for our San Blas Adventures tour. Like most capital cities of South America, it is not very pretty and is full of Czytaj więcej

This was our first stop in Colombia as we crossed the boarder by sea and into the remote, car-free village on Colombia’s Caribbean coast, accessible only by air or water.

Cartagena is on Colombia’s Caribbean coast with a walled Old Town, cobblestone streets and colourful colonial buildings.

1 hour outside of Cartageña near Barú is this white sand beach. We somehow made friends with our taxi driver who stayed with us and gave us advice on what fresh fish to eat and fended off the people Czytaj więcej
Just outside of Santa Marta, along the El rio river - we stayed in a really well known hostel with its own private access to the river with a sandy bay. They also organised tubing along the river on Czytaj więcej
Another national park - this one involved 3 separate beaches with the furthest beach taking a few hours of hiking to reach. We opted for the horseback option so that we could have more time at the Czytaj więcej
Up in the Colombian mountains we stayed in a small town called Minca. Most hostels are up a flight of 100 steps or a 30 minute scooter uphill. Spectacular views but the worlds largest bees too.
